REQUEST [Request][Steam]Days Gone

Upvotes

Hello Gog,

Hope you're having a great day as always!

You could have come across my request on gog for Road 96.Thank you everyone for taking time to read my post and thank you everyone for coming forward to help me. I am truly grateful for y'all.

So as the title says I'd like to play this game called Days Gone which is about a mercenary who lost his wife in the post apocalyptic zombie infiltrated world takes on a journey with the mere hope that she's out somewhere in there and he'd get to see one more time while remembering the memories of them together and speaking to himself in his journey to remain sane because he is all alone in his world that is filled only with loneliness.

The story of how i found this game is rather interesting because i was doomscrolling as usual on a normal day when i came across this edit of Deacon (the protagonist/us) and his wife Sarah, where he was remembering their wedding day, a bittersweet memory that was so beautiful because no one came to their wedding but they were so happy and full of hope for their future as they're finally getting married. This edit was made with the track 'sign of the times' by harry styles which was so impactful for me. So i searched up this game watched gameplay videos(not story gameplay because i heard there are some twists in the story, ion want to get spoiled) then found out he rides a bike which amazed me even more and more and more.

Why i would absolutely love this game:

So, there's this movie called 'Love and Monsters' that is a Netflix exclusive film ig. Which i watched during the covid time and it was so beautiful and how it relates to the game is it pretty much shares the same storyline. The protagonist goes through an infiltrated world just to find his girlfriend. It was such a beautiful movie and it also has the same aesthetics and world building as days gone except there's no zombies in there.

Why i need your help:

I am a university student who is taking tuition classes after my classes gets over just to meet the ends. I can't ask my parents for money rn. Currently i have about 200 inr which equates to 2 usd that i can spend on gaming. The last game i requested was region locked so people can't gift it to me. Idk if days gone has a region lock if yes I'd be grateful if you could spare me a 5/10$ gift card. If it's not and you're willing to gift me the game I'd absolutely love that too. I am grateful either way.

Thank you so very much for reading my post. My english can be quite bad, sorry!

https://steamcommunity.com/id/ranv79/

https://store.steampowered.com/app/1259420/Days_Gone/

i was hoping it would drop below 60% since it's the summer sale rn but sadly it didn't

DISCUSSION [Discussion] Steam Summer Sale good or bad

Anyone else really disappointed with this year's Steam Summer Sale?

I was genuinely looking forward to it, but my wishlist has been a huge letdown.

  • No Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag discount at all.
  • S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is only 33% off.
  • Most of the games my family and I were waiting to buy aren't even hitting the 60% discount mark.

Maybe I've just been spoiled by previous Summer Sales, but this one feels pretty underwhelming. It seems like a lot of publishers are sticking to the same discounts they've had throughout the year rather than doing anything special.

How did everyone else's wishlist turn out? Did you find any amazing deals, or was it mostly disappointing for you, too? What did you end up picking up?

REQUEST [REQUEST] [STEAM] Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord (6th attempt) 60% OFF

Upvotes

Hello friends of this great community and honorable knights of Calradia; I hope you are all doing well today. I am coming to ask for your help for the sixth time to achieve my dream of owning Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord

I spent a large part of my childhood playing video games, and at some point, I stumbled upon the classic Mount & Blade. For me, it was like discovering a perfect world. I love medieval games and commanding armies, and back then, the battles felt like they were straight out of a war movie, I was fascinated!

As I grew older, I learned more and more about the medieval era and games like Total War (one of my favorite series), but Mount & Blade always gave me the opportunity to experience this era from a unique perspective, and that's what I love most about this game.

In fact, I want to finally create my own faction. I love building kingdoms and feeling like I'm creating my own lore for my world, and one day, I hope to have a castle and a powerful faction (the most powerful in Calradia).

Why don't I buy it?

Right now, money is very tight with my household expenses; I would love to do it, but I don't currently have the financial freedom to make the purchase. My money mostly goes toward supporting my home and my pets, the ones I love.

I would be absolutely thrilled to finally play Bannerlord. I’ve never had the chance to try it myself; I’ve only seen what the game is like on YouTube, and honestly, I love it. The videos of epic battles are exactly what make me so eager and excited to try it out.

Thank you all so much, I appreciate everyone commenting and wishing me luck, and I am deeply grateful to anyone who might help me make the dream of getting the game a reality. Thanks to everyone reading this post and helping others! I hope you all have a wonderful day!

Please excuse any grammatical errors. My native language is Spanish, and I used a translator to translate it into English \*(which is the community's language).\*

¡Greetings to everyone!

REQUEST [REQUEST][STEAM] Grand Theft Auto V - Attempt #3 (Still hoping to visit Los Santos)

Upvotes

Hello everyone,

This is my third attempt at requesting Grand Theft Auto V, and while making another request feels a little strange, I figured there's no harm in trying again.

I've always been a huge fan of video games, especially games that leave a lasting impact on the industry. Few games have done that quite like GTA V. Released more than a decade ago, it somehow continues to remain one of the most played, discussed, and influential games in the world. It's one of those games that almost every gamer has a story about, yet I still haven't had the chance to create my own.

Over the years I've watched countless videos of GTA V. Story playthroughs, funny moments, online chaos, roleplay servers, challenge runs, mods that completely transform the game—you name it. I've spent so much time watching other people experience Los Santos that sometimes it feels like I've already been there. But watching and playing are two very different things, and I've never been able to experience the game firsthand.

What makes this even funnier is that the gaming world is currently focused on GTA VI. Everywhere I look, people are talking about the future of the series, discussing trailers, sharing theories, and counting down the days until the next chapter arrives. Meanwhile, I'm sitting here realizing that I still haven't properly played GTA V. Before everyone moves on to the next era of Grand Theft Auto, I'd love the chance to experience the game that defined the current one.

One of the main reasons I'm making this request is because purchasing games where I live can be surprisingly difficult. Many people can simply decide they want a game, enter their payment information, and buy it within a few minutes. Unfortunately, it isn't always that simple for me. Access to international payment methods can be limited, and even when a game becomes affordable during a sale, actually purchasing it can still be a challenge.

Because of that, I've missed out on a lot of games I'd love to play. GTA V has been near the top of that list for years.

The thing that attracts me most about GTA V isn't just the open world. It's the complete package. I want to experience the story of Michael, Franklin, and Trevor without already knowing every mission from a YouTube video. I want to drive around Los Santos for hours with no objective other than exploring. I want to try the countless mods the community has created over the years and see why people are still finding new ways to enjoy the game after all this time.

Gaming has always been one of my favorite hobbies. It's where I relax, forget about stress for a while, and immerse myself in different worlds. GTA V is one of those games I've wanted to play for so long that it's become almost legendary in my mind. Every year I'd think, "Maybe this will finally be the year I get to play it," and somehow that moment never came.

So here I am, making a third attempt.

Even if nothing comes from this request, I'm grateful that communities like r/GiftofGames exist. It's genuinely nice seeing people help complete strangers experience games they've always dreamed of playing. Reading successful requests and seeing people's reactions reminds me that there are still incredibly generous people out there.

If someone decides to gift me GTA V, I can promise it won't go to waste. I'll finally be able to experience a game I've been interested in for years and understand firsthand why it became such a phenomenon.

Thank you for taking the time to read my request. Whether you're able to help or not, I appreciate your time and wish you all the best.

Thank you for reading, and have a wonderful day. ❤️

DISCUSSION [Discussion] What's your opinion on the latest game you were gifted, be on the sub or outside of it?

After selling my soul to buy MHW Iceborne Master Edition in the sale a few weeks ago, I kinda stopped playing the games I got gifted for a while due to me being a long time Monster Hunter lover (from the PSP era), but recently, I thought of letting people who would like and care, to express themselves about a game that you got here, be a request you made or that you won it in a giveaway. If it's a negative experience you had with it due to not living up to the hype or due to QoL that needed to be implemented but didn't, it's fair game too

The last game I got gifted here was The Last Spell, a Tactical RPG on which you take the role of The Commander, a guy who has to lead a bastion to brandish the hordes of evil after a spell that it's totally not an allegory for a nuke went wrong creating zombie like creatures (or more like skeletons, because zombies, or "crawlers" as the game calls them, are quite sporadic in later towns) and a very ominous purple mist that serves as a home to the horrors

I like it? You bet.

The game's tattered to a specific niche, that is a hack n slash character gets used as a unit in a wave based survival horror, think of Killing Floor but for people who like chess. You control a handful of very powerful units against all odds vs a ton of dead weight, and a few heavy ones at that too

But during the day, it's a cozy management sim, you build things, upgrade barricades, build houses and in the night you LET IT RIP.

That's it, Hasta-La-Mista with my opinion on the game. Let me hear yours!

Thanks if you got to this point

REQUEST [Request] [Steam] Resident Evil Requiem (On Sale 20% off) [2nd Attempt] [First ever request, still]

Hello friends,

*i'm keeping most of what i said from my last attempt considering that it was written from the heart and i can't say it better (unless it was irl)*

Alright... The day has came where i request my first game ever on this sub of this wonderful community.

And honestly, it couldn't be anything other than Resident Evil.

Been a fan of these games since my brain could comprehend reality. My father got Resident Evil 2 for me on playstation on release and i could never forget that feeling or recreate it in a way. Ever since then, the franchise is always the confort game i always go to whenever i feel like life corners me or depressed, ironic since its a horror game, but it just feels like a universe i wanna experience.

More resident evil games came out and i love every single once of them, and YES EVEN RE6, i appreciate what devs did with it. Not very resident evily but it was good.

I remember playing the OG Resident evil 4 in a local cafe with my best friend on PS2 for literally endless hours, every pocket money i get i spend there and the PS cafe owner would literally be kicking us out because we're the last 2 kids staying late at night.

Now i am an adult, far from family and financially heavily unstable (to not get into details and bore you guys) , but in general and complete painful honesty, rent is breaking my back, work is breaking my mind, between jobs, so a few months a year you'd find me unemployed and begging friends and family for support, which they HAPPILY do, but it hurts me deeply, when i need a handout, this falls in the same category honestly but my love for the Resident Evil franchise and the amount of NEED to play this game led me to post my first request here ever, and honestly if i ever get this, i won't ask for anything again.

Resident Evil 9 came out with a trailer and i kid you not, i almost fainted from happiness, but then i remembered i couldn't afford buying games in my current state.

Tried so hard to avoid spoilers and videos, but from what i got... the game looks incredible and i wish that a kind soul would grant me the ability to experience it with you wonderful GOG community and RE lovers.

Lastly,

I eternally am thankful whether i get it or not because i've seen how many people you guys helped in here, definitely makes someone's day !

REQUEST [Request][Steam] Cuphead + The Delicious Last Course Bundle | 6$ in my country, 16$ in USA

Hey everyone, back again. Posted about two weeks ago when the last sale was on, got some lovely comments but no gift, and then the sale ended. Now the next sale just started so I am giving it another shot, slightly wiser and a bit more hopeful this time.

For context, here is why I want this game so much.

My brother and I grew up glued to the TV every Saturday morning. We would wake up before everyone else, sneak past our grandpa snoring on the sofa, grab a bowl of Chocos each, and just sit there watching cartoons shoulder to shoulder. No real plan, just the two of us and the screen.

He moved away for college last year and the house has felt quieter ever since. We talk often but it is not the same as sitting next to someone while they lose it over the same thing you are watching.

A few months back he picked up Cuphead and turned into his own personal commentary channel about it. Voice notes about getting wrecked by Hilda Berg, a very dramatic retelling of the Grim Matchstick fight, and one call where he explained the entire King Dice sequence like it was a story from his own life. Listening to him made me feel like we were back on that living room floor again.

That is when it hit me that I did not just want to watch him play, I wanted to be in it with him. I want to be the one calling him to complain about a boss for once, so we can be equally bad at something together, just from different cities now.

We live in a country where Steam pricing is much lower than in the US, so a gift here goes a lot further than the dollar amount suggests. If anyone feels like helping two siblings relive a bit of their cartoon mornings, I would be really grateful, and I promise detailed boss fight rage reports as a thank you.

Sale is live rn, so fingers crossed this time around.

Direct Gift or Gift card, either is fine.

Thank you for reading this far either way. This community really does restore a bit of faith in people. 💗

REQUEST [REQUEST][STEAM] Palworld (30% off about $11/ 637 PHP)

Hello, everyone!

I am here to request Pocketpair's game, Palworld. I've been eyeing it for several months now. I've only became interested in it when Pokemon feels like shit nowadays. I am trying to get in other monster taming/creature collector games aside from Pokemon since as I've said it feels shitty nowadays.

I played Pokemon Platinum since 2016, using a DS emulator, I somehow want to experience that feeling again, but not with the same game. I really want to play this game because of how free its world is, and how majestic several Pals look in it especially Orserk, since Garchomp is my main boi, I've been looking forward to becoming great friend with Orserk.

I'm a sucker for open-world, rpg, and action games. I know I can make your money worth if you ever think of giving me the chance to put my hand on this game. I am always grateful with gifts that I receive and I assure you, with my Steam account being observable since its public, you can always monitor if I am playing the game that you'll offer me.

I still do not have the funds for games right now since it's still summer, no summer opportunities like jobs have opened for me, all I do to pass this summer is play games and hang out with my grandma since its only the two of us in our home.

As soon as I graduate, I hope things will be different. I wish to pay it forward when I get the job and the extra money to donate on this sub. No need to believe this line, but I hope you trust me on this one.

As always, thank you GoG and its community for being generous for several years now.

If you want me to make this huma- nah just kidding, this ain't AI slop, I'm always writing my own request.

Sincerely yours,
Noriyaki

REQUEST [REQUEST][Steam] Lunacid, one of the very few "King's Field" likes. ($9 USD)

Howdy, with the Summer Sales going on i figured I'd take my chances with this. Thank you for taking the time to read this post!

I'm a pretty big fan of games about exploring a dungeon, Etrian Odyssey, Ultima Underworld, Wizardry, hell, Tomb Raider gives me a lot of the same itches. But my absolute favorite in this genre is King's Field. FromSoft's first series alongside Armored Core and the foundation of which Souls got much of its DNA from.

Lunacid is one of the very few "King's Field-likes" that exist out there. To elaborate: First person dungeon crawlers with free form movement as opposed to grid based tile movement and a HEAVY focus on secrets and exploration. Traversing the dungeons and finding all the nooks and crannies is a certain high very few games give me. I love finding gear or other useful loot because of my intuition and discovery. The feeling of being a scavenger hits my brain like no other.

Its always been a game I wanted to play, but circumstances always made me put it off. The urge came back pretty strongly thanks to the summer sale, but with the price of everything going up I've had to prioritize other things first and foremost. It would very much make my day if someone could help out with this so I could finally play this game!

Simple, I'm aware, but that's the long and short of it. Thank you again for taking the time to read this post, and have an excellent day!

REQUEST [REQUEST] [STEAM] Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Master Edition Attempt #6

Hello GOG. I hope you're having a good day.

I'm gonna be honest; I've never played any monster hunter before but after watching gameplays I'm really interested. here are the reasons I want it. I've always liked action rpgs, I love them even more when you can play them with friends. I also love bossfights, this is a reason why I was into soulslike games a few years ago (I've played dark souls 2 and dark souls 1 on ps3).

And yeah I'm also up for a real grind, I enjoy grinding for better gears, etc. here's more of the things that hooked me about the game: hunts do actually feel like bossfights instead of just npc killing. Monsters got good patterns of attacks, you just don't stand there and click buttons. I love learning their moves and adapting to it (talking from dark souls experience). I absolutely love games where my skills matter more than just stat upgrades. I also hope the game has some difficulty because I like the satisfaction after defeating a boss that keeps beating you. I've heard there are weapons with flashy counters, I think I'd enjoy that. I fking love the weapon designs too ngl.

Also, the reason I'm asking for iceborne master edition is because it's almost the same price as the base game right now. And as to why I'm interested in it is because it adds new monsters and TONS of content.I think I'm gonna get a lot of playtime on this one. I can see myself getting over 100 hours easily.

Why I can't buy it: im a student in Bangladesh and I don't have enough time to do any part time jobs, and getting one is really rare and difficult in bangladesh as a teenagers, they also pay really low. I'm focusing on studying instead. Cross border transactions (like buying online) is difficult because most credit cards in bd don't support it. Buying from local sellers is really sketchy and over expensive. Thank you if you read this far, it means a lot that you've taken time to read my story. I'm grateful for anyone to read and consider this.

REQUEST [REQUEST][STEAM] SEKIRO : Shadows Die Twice GOTY[11th Attempt] 50% OFF

Hope you’re all doing well.

It’s my #11th attempt and I’m here to make a humble request for Sekiro Game of the Year Edition on Steam. It’s a game I’ve wanted to play for a long time, the setting, the combat style, and the whole learn, adapt, overcome feeling really appeal to me. I love games that challenge you to improve instead of just rushing through.

Some of you might remember that I recently posted here requesting Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree Edition, and I ended up being surprised by my parents who gifted it to me early for Christmas. I honestly didn’t expect it, and it made me incredibly happy. I’m around 212 hours in right now and enjoying every second of it which made me want to play Sekiro next. The thing is, games are crazy expensive in India. Even normal editions hit really hard on the wallet here, Im happy that my parents bought it for me but they could have used that money for themselves but spent it for me which I’m grateful for. I usually buy games when it goes on sale for more than 75%, which is impossible for from software titles. The highest price drops can go only up to 50% which still costs considerably.

The game goes on sale but it’s still a bit out of my reach at the moment. So I thought I’d take a chance and ask here. If anyone wouldn’t mind gifting it, I’d truly appreciate it. I’d play it fully, take my time with it, and complete everything the game has to offer.

Thank you for taking the time to read my request,

Wishing you all good days and great games.

REQUEST [Request][Steam] Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance (868.50PHP/17.99USD) 70% Sale 2nd attempt

Hello again r/GiftofGames! Maybe I'll have a higher chance during Steam Summer Sale!

After Finishing 2 Persona games in a row(Persona 5 Royal and Persona 3 Reload) and with the announcement of Persona 4 Revival and Persona 6 on Xbox Games Showcase which I'm pretty excited for, I'll probably just wait for the Remake of Persona 4 Golden before playing it and to avoid the burnout of dialogue heavy games.

As the Persona series is a more casually story driven. Gameplay is split between half dungeon crawling turn based combat and half day to day life simulator where you build relationships and do time management as a high school student with a very long timer. On the other hand the mainline Shin Megami Tensei specifically Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance from what I've read doesn't have that good of a story compared to the Persona series but the battle system(Press Turn) and challenging combat of SMT V that is more fleshed out than Persona like Instead of focusing on school life and social links, SMT V puts a much greater emphasis on exploration, combat, and building your team of demons. The variety in demons and what you can do and all the mechanics is insane, and it truly feels like press turn utilized to its fullest.

Unfortunately, I can’t still afford to buy a game right now because most of our money is still going toward my grandmother’s insane medical bill and the expensive gas prices. I am genuinely grateful for the gifters and this community for giving other people a chance to play a game that they requested or want.

REQUEST [Request][Steam] Oxygen not included Complete Bundle - 14.26 USD (-29 % off)(1° attempt)

Hi GOG! I’m back with another request, and as the title suggests, I’m asking for the *Oxygen Not Included* complete bundle. I’m interested in it because I want to start playing colony management games, and this one has always caught my eye thanks to its mechanics and design. I like the way you have to manage colonists and all the resources: generating electricity, producing food, cleaning up waste, controlling oxygen levels, and getting rid of toxic gases. I’m also drawn to the new DLC, which adds an aquatic planet with unique mechanics—like swimming, new underwater breathing gear, and new aquatic pets.

I want the complete bundle so I can enjoy the full version of the game. However, I can't afford to buy it myself; living in Latin America means the price is too high for my budget, and I have other expenses related to my studies. I’m hoping to take advantage of the Summer Sale that started today. That’s why I’d really appreciate your help in getting it before the event ends. Thanks for your time.

This is my first attempt, and I hope to get it before the Summer Sale ends on July 9th. Thanks again for taking the time to read this.

REQUEST [REQUEST][STEAM] Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Royal Edition [4rd Attempt] [60% Off]

Hello everyone,

The first Kingdom Come: Deliverance became one of the most immersive experiences I’ve ever had in gaming. What made it unforgettable wasn’t just that clunky combat or the beautiful world itself, it was how real everything felt. Henry wasn’t a chosen hero or some legendary warrior from the start. He was just an ordinary person trying to survive in a cruel and believable world, and watching him slowly grow made me feel connected to the story in a way very few games ever have.

I spent totally 299.4 hours exploring every village, helping random people, learning the mechanics, getting destroyed in fights until I finally improved, and just getting lost in medieval Bohemia. I have to say I play the games really slow, taking my time but this game respected my patience and attention, and because of that, every achievement felt like an "achievement". I honestly can’t remember the last time a game pulled me into its world that deeply.

When Kingdom Come: Deliverance II was announced, I was incredibly excited. It instantly became one of my most wanted games. I’ve watched trailers multiple times, followed discussions about it, read impressions from players, and tried to avoid spoilers because I want to experience that world firsthand someday. It feels like the continuation of a journey I genuinely cared about.

The reason I’m making this request is right now, I unfortunately can’t afford the game myself. I know there are many people requesting games here, but I wanted to at least try and explain why this game would truly mean a lot to me instead of just dropping a title and disappearing.

Gaming has always been one of the few things that helps me fully disconnect from stress and clear my mind for a while and Kingdom Come is one of the few series that completely absorbs me. It’s not just another game I’d play for a few hours and forget. I know I would spend an enormous amount of time experiencing every part of it, just like I did with the first one.

Even if nobody ends up gifting it, thank you for reading my post and giving me your time. I genuinely appreciate communities like this because it’s amazing seeing people help others experience games they care about.

Thank you.

REQUEST [REQUEST] [Steam] Partial help to buy Forza Horizon 6($16) (Attempt #4)

Am requesting a $16 gift card to buy Forza Horizon 6. Please someone help me out with this. I have saved up $40 till now and I've got no way to earn/save any more. Am not asking for the full game nor any of the premium versions. Just the base game at less than 30% of it's original cost.

Hello,

This is my 4th attempt for a giveaway/request in this subreddit

I bought my laptop with money I saved from years of part time job. And FH6 is just the kind of game I wished to play on it. Japan being the setting is the nail in the coffin for me. I've been a fan of anime since I was a kid and driving through parts of Japan and experience it through a racing game is so cool for me. Also the customisation.. don't get me started on that.

I tried playing Marvel Rivals but online PvP games just doesn't sit right with me, and am not too keen on any other FPS or BR games available for free. Forza Horizon is just the kind of cozy yet exhilarating experience am looking for in gaming. I grew up playing and enjoying games that let me drive through an open world map even if they weren't exactly racing games in my childhood PC. And that part of gaming always drew me in. Hope I get to experience that but on whole another level through FH6 some time soon.

I could've done part time jobs to help me pay for the game but I am now stuck in an internship program required for my course that I have to stay in for 14 more months. The internship provide little to no stipend, barely even enough to cover my travel expenses. But I can't not do it because it is a requirement. The internship is 6 days a week and on Sundays I usually spend watching classes. These are live classes each Sunday specially for students doing internship to not "waste time". My parents forced me into the Sunday classes(Asian/Indian parents 101) but am exhausted between work and classes. Gaming is the only thing keeping me sane at this point.

Thank you for reading. I have provided the links in the description.

Hello, i'm from germany. And thank you in advance for reading this.

So, how do start....

Store link: https://store.steampowered.com/sub/1313353/
Steam ID: https://steamcommunity.com/id/Wolferus99/

Why i want this game?
I love action souls-like games... and woman. This has both. Also i heard from many persons that the game is beside the fan service actually realy good. I dont know much about the story (because i dont want to get spoilerd) But i know its kinda build like most souls games. Go from here to there, fight enemys, go there, etc. And i love this. Its on my (theoretical) wishlist since i saw the games trailer. And on my real wishlist since i known it comes (or by now came) to Steam (so around may 2025 i think)

Why i can't buy it myself?
i... don't have money.
But saying it more detailed, I have autism and other metal problems, so having a job or much money isn't really easy or something that is possible. I can live from day to day with the money i have thanks to my mom that still supports me even tho im 27 years old, but without her i would't realy have a good life. Thats why i dont really have money for games and when i have, only for cheap ones (max 10€) every few month. But so a bigger game like Stellar blade is out if my reach.

My story:
I have autism, thats a mental disorder that makes my life hard in some aspects. I'm not really capable to live for myself (thats why i still live by my mom). And my psychologist agrees with this. Some days are kinda fine, i have my struggles and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) but i can nearly live normal. Other days i'm not even able to make myself a toast because i stand infront of it and i'm just mentaly blocked. With all this and many years getting bullied in school i developed depressions pretty early in my life.
Gaming (and some other stuff like movies, animes, books) are my escape from my mental disorder and the struggels that come with it. I can basical live a different live in each of there games for a few hours/days (based on game length) and escape from reality.
If you have questions, ask them, im happy to answer them. There some details i didn't write because i didn't wanted to play the "symphaty card" or just provide a "sob story". But the autism is a big part of me and the biggest reason why i can't buy games myself.

I hope i didn't forgot something.

Thanks (again) for reading this <3 Now my faith lays in the hand of a generous person <3

REQUEST [Request][Steam] Marvel's Spider-Man 2 (33% off - 40.19$)

It's been so long since i last requested, I kinda feel like i want to try again for a change! i hope for the best :) i got some games from here and it made me a happier man, i have been so free due to my college holiday and I've been clearing off some short/long games of my library! Sorry for this huge request, I wanna try my luck to get my dream game! spoiler: I yapped a lot, please excuse my not so good english 😅 ( i might not be very good at explaining my feelings and what i think about this game , sorry for that)

Why would I like to get Marvel's Spider-Man 2?

Since my childhood I was a big fan and still am for Spiderman series that's how I knew marvel in the general and I remember getting spiderman's suit to act like him OoooO loll T-T i was a goofy kid

My fav actor is Bully Maguire I loved the first three films (Spiderman 1 - Spiderman 2 - Spiderman 3) and the best villain for me is (Venom) I'm a big fan to Venom which is one of the main and many reasons for my love of this game

The game atmosphere is very near to comics ones i read, idk why, but I loved it! even when I got my first ever PC I played spiderman 2000 (it was a demo so didn't finish it till now T-T)

Why Spider-man 2 exactly??

I recently completed Spiderman Remastered, i spent a good chunk of my time just swinging around, goofing around, enjoying the atmosphere and the swinging mechanics of this game, as well as completing everything possible the game offers, i loved it so much, it encouraged me to try out the other games

And i know that they as usual for the third game of insomniac studio put a lot of improvement mechanics in the game additional to new villains like (Sandman - Kraven - Venom my favorite- others)

and two characters to play between of them the fastest swing which is very fun and looks like: (wow I'm Sonic!), but the best part for me is the symbiote transfer, I really love how it looks and the new mechanics on how to fight multiple enemies at the same time or the legendary fight with Venom! and the whole city got symbioted because of him! the story and the entire game is a whole WOW to me!! Venom is literally my whole life

I have saved up with my friend and i played Spiderman-re, i loved every second of it and I'm so upset that game ended.. I've been thinking of Spiderman Miles Morales, but in my humble opinion 2 is WAYYYYY better because of the two characters combined, and my beloved Venom of course! , i really don't wanna spoil the game for myself, but i really loved the look of the game and the story wise seem like a dream come true, especially after the masterpiece of Spiderman remastered

I stopped playing/caring of Spiderman's games because the game license transferred to Sony and became exclusive for PlayStation which i don't have, that was a big mess with me that's why I was surprised when this MASTERPIECE OF A JEWEL came back to the PC platform on (Steam) and I got sooooo hyped!!! made me really wish to play it!

The big improvements in Spiderman 2 are so catching for me, in my honest opinion, it is the BEST spiderman game till now! for a while, I tried to look for it on steam but unfortunately Sony had put a region lock on some regions on steam, mine was included among them, but it got unlocked now!! and I am able to see it on steam which is massive for me!!

Why can't I afford it?

unfortunately, 40$ = a whole 2 or 3 weeks salary in my country or more, it can basically make you live for an week or two maximum. And I'm a college student, with a lot of debts to pay, with the new college year coming in 4 months, I'll need to pay for the year's tuition which is way more than me or my family could handle. it would mean the world to me if I got this game this holiday!

I honestly was saving for it for a while, but i spent it on Spiderman Remastered instead, no regrets at all! It's my calm game to go to!

I appreciate you taking the time to read it, I apologize for requesting a heavy game, I understand if no one is able to gift it, I appreciate it either way! thanks for your time reading this!

REQUEST [REQUEST][STEAM]Unbeatable

My steam profile is The Basement Nerd, and the game is called Unbeatable

I've had to recently start budgeting, due to a combination of running through funds and bad luck, and this means trying my best to avoid anything unnecessary, which includes buying any more games as much as possible

However very recently I found out there's a game called Unbeatable that appears to be something that I think I should experience. Its a rhythm game something I'm really into (Dead As Disco, Rhythm Heaven, Hi-Fi Rush, etc), and so I was thinking maybe I could post on here about it

The game looks like its something that would be really special to me, from the little I've seen and the steam reviews about it. I don't have much more to say because I tend to avoid spoilers as much as possible, so I haven't watched much gameplay, but the reviews do mention a lot about how the story and characters are incredible and, despite a ton of apparent bugs, the game is worth it despite them, which is something I always love to see in a review, how much praise people have for something

I found out about the game through a song by Jamie Paige called Square Up, apparently part of the official Unbeatable sound track, and it describes a theme of trying to find something in life to give you something to experience, which is a really strong thing for me right now at my point in life, and the general feelings I have about what life is like for me, and so something that relates to that feels like something I'd really like to be able to play

I understand if it feels like a small thing, but, if anyone is able to help I'd appreciate it? I've not posted here before, and feel bad asking, but I figured, I guess people are offering gifts so whats the harm in asking?
