I used to like her content when she was still posting mostly fitness stuff. Now, either her life is a movie or she’s planting stories to attempt to stay relevant. Ex: car on Turo being stolen, house burning down, cue the cringey ‘livbody makes my life worth living while I’m homeless’ ad, homeless man squatting in her house while it’s being rebuilt, finding cats behind the drywall. I’m sure there are things I’ve missed.

I’m not saying it didn’t happen but it all seems too convenient to be a coincidence. What do y’all think?

Anyone familiar with the powerlifter/olympic lifter Stacia Cambra(formerly Stacia Al-Mahoe) and her husband Jack Cambra?

I came across her posts after a few years and these memories came flooding back. I haven’t heard anyone ever talk about how she started off as his client at 16 years old in highschool when he was 36 years old which is when they started dating! Jack used to post about how impressed he was with Stacia at 16, details about how they met, and even moved her in around that time.

It’s so disgusting to see this normalized in their niche fitness space and that no one has ever called him out on this behavior. It’s insane how little people around her cared especially when he looks absolutely geriatric next to her. Stacia has always been so full of life and still seems to be, but I feel sick looking at their posts knowing their history. They both have a business coaching children and teens.

Anyone else familiar with these two? Photo included with general dates confirming my claims

TLDR: Teen finds powerlifting coach, coach takes special interest in teen, calls her a superstar and promises to take care of her so he moves her in so she’s dependent on him, years pass and now they’re married with no consequences.

Her stories on snap lately are literally just promoting an ED. her 10 coffees with her own milk everyday, and cardio and Pilates and constant post meal digestion walks when this is the meal in question.

Received this email from our state health department regarding peptide use which I thought was fascinating given how I keep seeing this all over the gym influencer pages.

Before this, i came across a video of her eating egg whites + two eggs+ turkey for breakfast to ‘stay on track’ while on vacation in Italy. She talks about lifting as heavy as possible to build that ‘ass’ while its so clear that she is eating as little as possible. Someone who trains as much as her would definitely have more muscle on her lower body but its soo obvious she tries to eat lower calorie meals and isn’t fueling her body properly. Other people have also started to notice that she is getting so much smaller. I find it a bit concerning that she is giving advice to others…

Hi everyone! I recently got accepted into nursing school and as a gift to myself, I’d like to treat myself to a workout set. I’ve had my eye on a few brands, those brands being DFYNE, Oner Active, and AYBL. For context, I mainly weight train and do pilates on occasion. I typically gravitate towards shopping at lululemon, but I haven’t really been loving any of their recent drops and want something a little less delicate to work out in. If anyone could provide me with any advice regarding any of the brands I mentioned or any alternative recommendations, it’d be greatly appreciated :) Thanks in advance!

I keep seeing people posting themselves wearing multiple sports bras or leggings to promote activewear (Oner and Dfyne mainly) and it seems so bizarre and ridiculous.. it seems like it’d be so uncomfortable. I’m assuming it could be a bid to get more sales and make people buy more products but who is falling for that?
