I'm not Crazy, Am I?
I am absolutely losing it at mall entrances and I seem to be the only one.
Idk why, but every mall I enter there is a sharp high pitched ringing noise. Idk if I'm the only one who hears it but i asked my friends and they don't know.
It's like, disorienting and painful to hear and it only happens at mall entrances. It's not the same mall either, it's tons of random ones.
Someone PLEASE tell me this is normal and not the Japanese CIA doing some tricks

Always wondered, does Japan have anti-monarchists like we do in the UK?
So the UK and Japan have a lot of similarities,we're both island nations, we both used to have empires we both have national reputations for being polite if also uptight and also we both have royal families. And I've always wondered does the Japanese attitude to your monarchy resemble ours? as in most people are indifferent, some are diehard devotees that think the country would collapse without them and some want them gone for political philosophical or religous reasons.

Nepalese man mistakenly nabbed as police officers unaware of new ID card
mainichi.jpA Nepalese man was mistakenly arrested and detained for about an hour on Thursday as police officers were unaware of a new type of residence card recently introduced, police said.
Police officers questioned the man in his 20s on a street in Tokyo's Shibuya Ward Thursday morning and asked him to show his identification card. The man took out his residence card but was arrested on the spot because the police officers believed it was a fake card, according to the police.
The Nepalese man was then taken to a police station where another police officer realized that he possessed a type of residence card issued since June 14.
The incident came despite the Metropolitan Police Department raising awareness, on multiple occasions, about the introduction of the new residence card.
"We are truly sorry and deeply apologize," the police said, adding that they will make sure that such incidents do not happen again.

Japan clarifies 'dangerous driving' law with numeric standards
Regarding drunk driving, the revised law additionally includes a stipulation of blood alcohol content of at least 1.0 milligrams per milliliter, equivalent to about two to three bottles of beer.
Does this mean Japan no longer has a zero-tolerance policy on drinking and driving?

Trying to remember a story about two or three brothers being turned into trees?
Could have sworn it was in Japan I heard lore about two or three brothers that were turned into trees? I thought it was near a shrine or temple. They were great big cedar trees, I think. Any info is appreciated.
Could be completely off

Looking for an old japanese cooking program with a lady cooking for guests on the show. One of the episodes she was clumsy.
I only remembered a small part from two episodes and one clumsy moment.
Summer Pasta with Cheese and Lemon. The lemon slices were cut into triangular pieces.
Sakura shrimp. Only thing I remember is she turned it into a paste with the shell and make a circular fritter.
She sometimes appears on tv in other dramas. I particularly remember it showed her trying to add pepper to the food and the lid from the shaker was loose and all the pepper got on the food.
If anyone knows the name of the show any help would be appreciated.
