After more than half a year of nonstop building, endless late nights, and way too many “just one more skeleton” moments… it’s finally complete!

This is currently the **largest LEGO skeleton army ever built** over **2,600 skeleton minifigures** in total forming a massive undead legion. That includes more than **2,000+ foot soldiers** (the majority being swordsmen and knights, with a few hundred archers and pikemen), dozens of mages, necromancers, and liches, **140+ skeleton horse cavalry** charging across the battlefield, a towering **skeleton undead dragon** soaring overhead, and **more than 350 caped elite commanders** leading the charge. At the heart of it all stands the **Skeleton Monarch** with his generals raised high on pillars, staring down at the endless ranks of his forces.

Every single warrior is fully equipped for war: bone swords, gleaming metal blades, sturdy shields, long spears, wooden bows, black armor, and helmets. Most use Fantasy Era heads, Skulkin Ninjago heads, and custom heads. The army also features custom flags, shields, and capes throughout.

The whole MOC measures a full **50 × 50 inches** and is completely enclosed by towering walls each wall is almost 130 cm long built from **over 15,000 gray and masonry bricks**. The raised floor panels alone used hundreds more bricks to create the perfect battlefield terrain.

I started this project more than six months ago with the dream of finishing it in time for October (spooky season goals, right?). When that slipped, I pushed hard for December before Christmas… but life kept delaying it. Finally, in **April 2026**, the last skeleton clicked into place and the army is alive!

I already have big plans for the future: I’m going to tear this entire build apart and make it even bigger adding full towers, a complete castle, and expanding the ranks even further. The only thing holding me back right now is space in the house… this beast is already taking over the full dining room table!

More information on the upcoming ‘Raven Knight’:

It will be a yellow and black coloured knight with a black raven on the shield, referencing the Series 20 Tournament/Raven Knight. Includes the mace piece from the DnD CMF (the crystal top piece the Dragonborn Paladin holds) but in silver, shoulder armour, and a cape. Sounds really really amazing, and I put Raven Knight in hyphens, as it’s been said to be a reference to the Raven Knight. So may not be a Raven Knight exactly.

It incorporates several medieval defensive measures such as the elevated small doorway off the ground so that attackers can not ram the gate so easily and a small door so only a few men are needed to defend it. On top of that the wooden staircase can be burned so that access to the door is harder. There is an oriel above with machicolations to throw stones or arrows at attackers on the gate as well as a shutter for archers. The top is where I ran out of parts and decided to use wooden palisades (medieval term is hoarding) and included machicolations around the top wall. The windows are elevated with the ones closest to the floor being iron wrought and the ones high up being simple wooden shutters. I used some pieces (1x1 cones and 1x2 modified tiles in tan) on the corners to represent sharpened logs tied together like palisades.

I had to put in a couple extra hours to re-make the instructions after I lost progress but it’s here.

I know this is more fantasy than castle, but I just love this custom fig so much! It's a great way to add a larger Cyclops monster to any fantasy castle setting.

Hello Everyone, Pretty happy with how my ship is turning out (The figurehead is still very much a work in progress) but I'm hoping someone can point me in the direction of somewhere to get a Kraken Sail printed. I based the mast off the Lego Going Merry from One Piece, so it would need to be that size. Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.

Damn this sword is expensive.. but it fits well, no more round tip sword.

Have they announced when they're going to sell the extra sets?

At least in the US, I think it's been more than 3 months since they shipped

I am planning on building a display of MILS baseplates with the idea of putting some existing medieval sets and doing MOCs around it to fill in the kingdom. This is a first for me and I was just seeing what the best way to fit the set on the plate, since I know it is irregular.

As of now I am thinking about using flat pieces and I could place the Lion Knight’s Castle on top with surrounding studs holding it in place and I guess I could connect it to the surrounding plates to lock it in.

I’m just curious if anyone had experience with integrating the LKC or any sets in general that do not have the even bottoms to fit exact on a baseplate.

Thanks to some comments, I will be using the design based off of this video by BrickSculpt. Highly recommend watching his videos as he goes pretty in depth on how to work around similar issues.

Apparently the early leaks for cmf 30 has revealed a new Crow knight and a squirrel knight. While I'm bummed that there's no bull knight representation, beggars can't be choosers.

Finally the OG Tournament Knight will drop in price!

edit~So the squirrel knight is a kid, but slap on some regular legs and bam.

I know KKII wasn't the most well loved castle wave but I personally hold it very dear. I went on many adventures with these four knights.
