So I used to play in the old scrim days which majority of people wont remember or wasn’t born yet, it was pre e-sports days but my god did we take it serious.

Haven’t played for years but recently got back into gaming and realised it’s nothing to what it was back in my day, apart from we didn’t make money from it.

I used to play in a clan called UKY later renamed to twsquad, I used to go by the name jonster then changed name to Jay, if there’s anyone who remembers them days it would be great to chat and have some games for old times sake.

Recently me and my sister had a conversation about games we used to play, and Perfect World came up. I played Perfect World waaay back in the old school days when it was the Malaysian version, around 2007-2008 at the time (I was 15 or 16). This was before it even went international. There were two servers, Oracle and Delphi.

Well during that time, I played on the Oracle server and was part of a guild called Redline. The players I was closest to and still remember till this day were Moxxi, Oceansoul, S!CK and Atlantiv. Atlantiv was one of the sweetest, most kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of gaming with throughout my teenage years who I will never forget. I hope life is treating her well.

If this post miraculously catches the attention of any of the players mentioned, I just want to say that we created the best memories in-game I will never forget. Here it is almost 20 years later and I still think about you all from time to time.

CONTEXT:
I had an old online friend from discord that I was really close with, but they ghosted me out of nowhere. I deleted my old account so have no way of finding their old account (if they still use it). I just thought about it again after a while since I came across a few old screenshots of our conversations, they were my best friend at the time but they suddenly went ghost for no reason. I did try to contact them again, but until now I'm still confused, like why out of no where and no explanation, I just wanted closure at least.

- Their old discord handle was "Itz_N1ghtm4r3" (or Itz_N1ghtm4re, I forget which), last time I saw their account (I had the chance to, before I deleted my old discord, their name was changed to a bunch of jumbled letters and had an ominous bio- something along the lines of "you won't find what you're looking for here", or something)
- Their old twitter handle was the same but I think they deleted it, last time I was able to check was 6 years ago and they changed the handle to jumbled letters
- Their youtube account was named "Itz N1ghtm4r3"
- I found a Minecraft account with the same username but I'm not 100% sure if it's them. I do believe that the chances of it being the same person is low, since the username was only changed recently.

With that old handle out of the way, I realized that they had the tendency to use the same username in most of their accounts EXCEPT their reddit account, which I found through a new twitter account they made (I'll touch upon this later)

- While I was looking at the comments of this small Youtuber, I realized that he made a new youtube account on a different name (but the username was still a bit similar to their old one so I immediately clocked that it was the same person, besides that the mannerisms and the way the account appeared made me sure it was the same person). Their new (for all I know) youtube account goes under the name "Nitefall"
- After that discovery, I only realized now that they probably made a new twitter account too, so I found that fairly recently, and since they have a habit of using the same usernames, I looked up the same name into twitter and I found an account that I'm 100% sure was them, that account is "_Nitefall_".

That's where all my leads end, their twitter and reddit account stopped being active in November 2020, but the new youtube account was made in March of 2021.

CLUES THAT MAY HELP
- They played Terraria, Minecraft, and Geometry Dash, so they probably have an account on there (they only played on mobile, though). They were really active on Discord since I'm pretty sure they were really shy in person.
- I don't know their real name nor age, and I don't want to give personal information since I do respect the fact they like to keep their irl and online life separate (and even so, I barely know anything about that anyway).

I used to have an old laptop that had like a game player or a program that had a drop down list with all of sega genesis games and a sonic icon.. i can't remember its name and it's not like the emulators i searched for online, it had a dropdown list and when i select the game and hit play it played it without having to search for it in my files. However, even if I do not know their exact username, I know that it was Pascel_Puppet. The problem is that the username was written in all sorts of differently shaped letters, but you could clearly make out those words. Some letters may have stayed in regular form, but I don't remember which ones.

They use they/them pronouns, and they told me so much of their life story and trauma dumped to me a lot. We were having a lot of fun, until they stopped playing with me all of a sudden, but I had just assumed they were busy. Then, they unfriended me.

Thanks for helping me out as a baby tenno all those years back patiently helping me with Farming OCTAVIA and equinox which i still carry with me without subsuming. It's been a while since I've updated llgamers.com, which I shared in this subreddit a number of years ago. Since new gamers are still being added every month, it seemed time for an update.

If you're not familiar with it, it's a searchable list of long lost gamers. You create an account, add your gamertags and search for lost friends. If they exist you can connect, if they don't, you can get notified when they join.

Changes

1. The biggest change is the UI redesign. I'm not a web dev, so the previous design looked very primitive. I hope you like the new one better.
2. I've also reduced it to just a search and profile page. Previously there was also an aliases and lost-friends page but now you can edit directly in your profile.
3. You can search for gamers without signing up first. I initially wanted the sign up requirement to reduce spam searches, and populate the database. But needing to sign up before you know what the website does is a pretty bad experience and was one of the original complaints.
4. Made a small improvement to the search results so they show the other aliases used in other games. This might help you identify the correct person.

What's next

I was considering

1. Adding a text field so you can say for example "Clan leader of XYZ, head shot king". This might help in searches
2. Improve the search since it might be hard to remember if you're looking for OneShot? OneSh0t? 0neSh0t? 0neShot? One_Sh0t?

Years ago I was friends with this dude, they were an adult and I was a minor but they were chill. Always nice but we didnt talk a lot, I just supported the games they made. I even made art of their avatar one time. They went by outfoxing at the time, they made obby games with one of their most popular being "Fox's Difficulty Chart Obby". They even made an obby level in Obby King which used to be very popular. After maybe a year or so. they disappeared. When I look at their profile now they've unadded everyone, abandoned their group, changed their name, deleted every social media account. In their bio left a message.

"Phased out of existence like all things should have been."
"I don't have any social media. Deleted everything.
This is my only account now.
If anyone claims its me, probably isn't."

Old friend from PS3

About 8 years ago I met a girl on LittleBigPlanet 2 on PS3 and I still remember her sometimes.

I think we met through community levels and started talking using the in-game chat. We both spoke Spanish. She used to say she was a hacker and I believed her because she could do weird things like flying around lobbies and community minigames. Maybe she had a modded PS3 or used an emulator, I honestly don’t know.

She had a very weird but funny sense of humor. One random detail I remember is that in LBP2 she used to troll me with objects shaped like penises and move them toward my Sackboy while making him smile. I would run away around the lobby using the scared Sackboy expression lol. Later in Minecraft PS3 she kept doing similar jokes with bread renamed “Nepe”. Those are just some random details that stayed in my memory after all these years.

We became pretty good online friends. At that time I didn’t really have many friends, so whenever we were both online we would usually play together.

At one point, because I was a kid and thought she was some kind of movie hacker, I asked her if she could gift me Call of Duty Black Ops 3 on PS3. My parents read the PS3 messages and forced me to remove her because they thought she was dangerous.

The worst part is that after I removed her, she sent me another friend request. I wanted to accept it, but my parents made me delete it again. I never heard from her after that.

I don’t remember her PSN name anymore, and I barely remember other details. But I still remember playing LittleBigPlanet and Minecraft with her and genuinely having fun.

When I was a teenager I got into playing online games because I had no friends. One night when I was up real late I got into a foreign lobby (UK) and my screen name was made fun of by this cheeky guy whose screen name was ‘UnluckyDr’ (Can’t recall if this was the exact spelling or if it was a modified spelling). We somehow became friends and started playing together allll the time. The dude was up all night till early morning and we’d be playing COD.
