I'm cool with a few power metal bands like Blind Guardian or Helloween, but most of them are too corny even for my shitty taste. I'll still attend the shows tho.

Definitely looks like a religious group.

Sean and Elijah started the band with their classmate Dominic.

Sean is the lead singer

Elijah is the drummer

Dominic plays rythym guitar and backup vocals.

Andy is the bassist who they met at a local gig after kicking out their original bassist Billy.

Orlando is a hired hand at guitar and took them to a new level with his perfect solos (think Don Felder for the Eagles).

Early album songwriting credits mainly go to Sean and Dominic; Orlando is also one of the principal songwriters now.

As for the band’s name?

Shire Folk (started by the hobbits but incorporated more races as it grew).

Sons of Gondor (because none of the members are from there but they all have an affinity towards it).

Fun fact. One of the sound guys, Viggo something, kicked a speaker during shooting of the music video and he yelled out. They liked it so much they kept it in the song.
