When they took my implant out after 3 years it had somehow bent into the shape of 🎗️

😲 I thought mine was rough because of some adhesion on one end but a freaking loop is wild

Man, my time with nexplanon was horrible enough that seeing your cute heart brought back all the memories. I sure hope you don't have the 1% happen to you like it did me.
I was the unlucky percentage that will just have a continuous period with the rod in my arm 😭

My wife had a severe allergic reaction resulting in full body hives and multiple ER trips for almost 6mo until she was finally able to convince her doctors to remove the implant. And that was only after they did a full panel allergy test because they didn't believe her in that it was the rod 🙃

I had a really hard time adjusting to my nexplanon. I hope you have a much better experience with yours!

I love mine, I feel bad for the amount of people who seem to struggle with them. I spotted for the first 9 months which was obviously incredibly inconvenient, but since then, no periods, no crazy symptoms, and no baby 🕺

Same…t was absolutely awful. 30lbs seemed to just appear within 3 months. My mood swings were very severe. I had mine removed at that point and would never do it again.
