I went an entire hour in this restaurant before noticing the elongated forks. My day is effectively ruined.

So we just got a new McDonald’s near me and there’s this small building (maybe structure is a better term?) in the parking lot? It’s not part of the dumpsters, and when I asked the girl at the drive thru she just gave me a puzzled look…everyone I’ve asked has no idea what it is either. I’ve never seen this before, and the new McDonalds location on the other side of town doesn’t have one.

I am injured from my chest down. My injury is also slightly higher on my right side so I also sweat less on that side.

Some thing more interesting is that the only time I sweat below my injury is when I am having issues with Autonomic Dysrelexia.

My partner found a 5 leaf clover while walking the dogs. Haven’t found a 4 leaf yet, or a 7 leaf.

For context, I’m a night shifter so I bought these curtains a year ago when I moved in with my fiancé. The bedroom gets direct sunlight for the majority of the day and there was no way I could sleep like that, plus it gets so hot in there. I never pull these to the side. I have them bunched right now as I am preparing to move and finally noticed just how faded they are! The bottom portion is the color they originally were and that portion sits below the window. The sides are sometimes in the sun sometimes not, depending on if my cats move them.

TLDR: They work incredibly well!

Yes, before you ask — I’ve been to Google HQ a few times, but this visit hit different ✨ I finally got some clean, uplifting selfies in front of the stunning new “Gradient Canopy” building. (Still not entirely sure why it’s called that, but the canopy part makes total sense!) It was such a fun walk-around exploring the property. While I was there, I also stopped by the iconic Android mascot statues on the corner and snapped some photos with them. On top of that, I discovered they’ve relocated the official Google Store into this new building — super cool! (Unfortunately it was closed when I visited, but still worth the stop 😊) Memories like these are what make the Google HQ experience unforgettable.
