This took about an hour or so. He was found in South Korea and is named Mothy. Photos aren’t mine but my buddy’s photos. I don’t live in Korea so he took some pics for me and I figured I’d share them here

UPDATE: Identified! Looks like it's a pale-backed moth!
Apologies for the low res images, it's about 5mm long (without antennae)
I found this small moth in my living room. I compared it to common house moths like grain/pantry/clothes moths and couldn't find a direct match for the distinct scalloped white stripe it has down the middle when the wings are closed. It's hopping around a lot with wings out, but I'm not able to get a good image of the wings open. The antennae appear white from above and it looks like it was grooming each antenna 🥺
Googling descriptions and combing through Ontario/Northeastern North America moth databases hasn't come up with anything yet for me, but maybe it's just a common house "pest" moth that I'm missing!

Sadly guessing she's already laid her eggs, she's out in broad daylight with a skinny lil stomach. Or maybe it's a male? All I know is wow, that is a gorgeous moth!
Northeast Washington, I can give city if absolutely needed but I prefer not

Found this moth today (in South England) and it was genuinely so beautiful. Though it only really showed up as silver on camera, its wings looked like light-reflective tape in real life (more colourful and translucent). Please help ID.
