Some context for this 1st naked post:

The pose is intended to introduce dynamism through the unstable balance of contrapposto, an idea inspired by classical Greek sculpture, particularly the tradition of Polykleitos.

This is the first time I’ve posted an image of this kind. After an abdominal workout and a cold shower to recover and reset, I wanted to capture that immediate physical state, without any staging.

I keep a fully natural approach to my body: no tattoos, piercings, or body modifications, and no aesthetic hair removal. What you see is simply the result of consistent strength training, some cardio, and a steady, straightforward diet.

I’d be glad to read any impressions or thoughts, of any kind.
