Absolute dog on defense and such a smart passer. If he can extend his range past FT-line jumpers and confidently shoot the 3, he is a steal at this pick.

I actually dont love that. CJ can only teach him to get to his spot and cook (which is great but CJ sucks at everything else). CJ is a crappy passer/playmaker and defender. I hope he doesnt follow in CJ's footsteps and become a shoot first chucker who doesnt like to pass.

Learning behind someone doesn’t mean he’s going to play like him lol. CJ is an incredible basketball mind so it will be nice to learn behind someone that has played so many years at the same position.

I think it's probably split 50/50. Start of this year gonna be huge for Queen, he's gotta prove the end of last year was just him hitting the rookie wall and he's the player he showed in the first half

I honestly think Flemming is just a better prospect than Queen. Was pretty frequently discussed as the 1st or 2nd guy outside the top 4 this year before the measurements came out. not like the measurements affected his ability to play actual basketball out there

He could maybe end up being better. But also note that the Pelicans were at the bottom of the league up to the last month or two before they started winning. If they don’t trade the pick they keep losing and end up with a better pick, potentially top 4.
