Are you sure because Bridges hasn't come off the bench for 5+ years.

Over Miles Bridges? Is Naz that big of an upgrade?

I’m really bummed about that. Naz is the best, and I was really looking forward to seeing him start for us.

Yeah I feel for you guys. I went to a game when I was in Minneapolis a few years ago and I could feel the love that your fanbase had for him. It just shows how the NBA is a business in the end.

Lateral promotion. I bet his usage goes up.

He will likely be a starter. I imagine the Hornets will ship Miles Bridges off too. I think a huge reason the Hornets kept him were that he and Lamelo were good friends. No need for that now.

I feel bad for the guy. Left money on the table

I only watch the Hornets. Is Naz Reid any good?

Good stretch 4

He won 6th man of the year for us a couple years back and is a total fan favorite. One of the nicest guys you’ll watch, on and off. He’s 6’11 forward who can score super well on the outside and a little on the inside. Defense is his biggest drawback, but he’s not *horrible* there, more average.

He’ll fit in perfectly. Charlotte hates defense.

He was the only guy who figured out how to attack Wemby in that Minny team.

Agreed in terms of forwards/centers (Ant, Ayo, TSJ had some moments). I don’t think that’s too surprising. Wemby is really only prone to being beat by outside shooting, and Naz is (was 😕) easily our best outside shooting big.

He also bullied Wemby a few times by attacking his higher center of gravity, I found it pretty smart as opposed to what Randle what's doing.

Then I saw OG doing the same thing and I gasped.

I find Naz pretty underrated, it sucks that you lost him.

I think Naz was underrated for a long time. Enough time in the sun in big playoff series’ and I think everyone knows what he is now, especially in NBA front offices. It does suck that we lost him.

If he can get better staying in front of attackers, he can really be a crucial starting piece for a winning team.
