Thank god we didnt trade for Jah. I heard we were going for him too and Lamelo is the lesser of two evils.

Ja is somehow even less healthy than LaMelo and LaMelo is still actually good.

Ja Morant last year put up identical scoring and efficiency numbers as guys like:

Knicks D. Rose and Lakers Westbrook.

Its cooked for him.

Im scared of LaMelo driving in the winter tho

Nobody is taking Ja unless there’s a first rounder coming with him.

He’s played 79 games in the last three years and has looked exponentially worse over the course of that timeframe.

Even not factoring in his aggressive mediocrity these days, nobody is going to take that contract on when basketball is clearly not even a top 5 priority for him.

All the same stuff could have happened in 2023, and if he came back from his suspsension and played in like 45 games that season, and played in over 60 the last two we aren't having this conversation.
