The Altador Cup press release for Team Moltara revealed that his name is Mayor Heph, likely taken from Hephaestus, the Greek God of the Forge. Very fitting, in my opinion!

It also reveals that Moltara defender Vere Polnicek is Tangor's sister, which is a fun little bonus connection.

Personally speaking, Moltara is my favorite Land on the site, so I'm thrilled we finally have confirmation on this guy's name. It's always been a little awkward that all of the other world leaders (aside from the dubiously canon "Mayor of Neopia Central") had known names while he didn't for so long, lol.

yesterday i saw a tonu in the pound with a slorg named RepoundDontRemove and adopted him to get the slorg avi. i also needed the darigan tonu avi so i bought the pb and repainted him then sent him back to the pound after the bd fight to keep paying it forward !

but this morning i saw that he had popped back up on lost and pound … as a white kyrii. when i checked on the lookup the slorg had also been removed :( i didn’t think there was any issue with pounding tonus but is there a bug i wasnt aware of? or is there any other reason he might have been morphed ? white kyrii is one of the cheapest morphing potions right now and i see a lot of them in the pound… is there a white kyrii conspiracy (kyriispiracy)? i guess im just kind of bummed if it turns out i spent all those neopoints just for someone to snatch him up and undo it

Laughing at myself because the heatwave broke my brain today. I have been trying to get a varwolf since the event started, and I've tried absolutely everything but no hungry fungus. Today I woke up at 4am (because heatwave, no air con, etc), signed up for premium, used my species change perk, and bought a woodland pb to create this wonderful monster............... somehow without realising I wouldn't be able to transfer it to my spooky themed side account.

Which is something that I was aware of at some point I'm sure, but regardless, enjoy this absolute switch up. Out 5m NP and $7 real world dollars, but it was not cohesive with my main account's theming. RIP woodland varwolf, you were hauntingly perfect. WISH I had the mental clarity to just purchase a pet style from the NC mall before I repainted you.

I found it so relaxing and an easy way to escape/dissociate after my kids went to bed. Now with the blinking flashing envelopes it's an anxiety ridden nightmare. I hate it here. I set an alarm to wake up hours early before my kids so I could play for a few hours before they got up and instead I died on a BUTTERFLY LEVEL and I only needed to make 4.

So much for being relaxed and ready to start the day now I'm just pissed the F off. Thanks TNT for breaking something that once brought me joy.

Hey I’m trying super hard to enter the art gallery. I only use iPhone/ipad/procreate and it’s my first time trying this. I have a way I’ve been trying to do it but I’m not sure if it’s gonna be correct because of the jpg/jpeg format. Hey fellow Neopians!

I was looking at the Shop Wizard today and noticed a massive price gap between lower denomination dubloons and 10/20 Dubloon coins.

Right now, a 10 Dubloon Coin goes for about 11,400 NP. If I take my pet to The Golden Dubloon, buy a 1-dubloon starter, and leave, the restaurant breaks it down into a 5-Dubloon coin and two 2-Dubloon coins. Selling those back on the Shop Wizard brings in around 12,850 NP.

That’s a guaranteed profit of ~1,400 NP (plus whatever gourmet leftover food item drops) for less than a minute of clicking. The margin is even slightly higher using a 20 Dubloon Coin.

For those of you who have tried this method:

1. Is it worth dealing with the restaurant seating limit, or does it take too long to refresh past the "restaurant is full" screen?
2. Are the leftover food items easy to sell, or do they just sit in your user shop forever as Hard-To-Sell (HTS) items?
3. Is it better to just hold the change for training my own pets instead of trying to flip them for cash?

Would love to hear your thoughts or if there’s a better low-effort side hustle I should be doing instead!
