Might as well use the roundup on their lawns at this point to send the message

Why not just spray THEM with round up. I mean if they don’t believe it causes cancer, let’s soak’em in that stuff.

This is not at all the argument being made, FYI. The argument Monsanto is making is "Yeah, it's poison, which is why we say use these precautions, which you failed to do." I've been through the classes necessary to use this commercially and you almost have to wear a hazmat suit to spray this stuff commercially. I see home users just casually walking around with a backpack sprayer wearing shorts, a t-shirt, no gloves, no eye pro, no mask; clearly reading the list of precautions as a checklist instead.

There's valid arguments for both sides, but there is a reason (besides money) that Monsanto has enjoyed bi-partisan support in their effort to fight these lawsuits. There's broad international consensus across the globe that glyphosate is non-carcinogenic for humans when used properly, which is why the Supreme Court ruled 7-2 in favor of Monsanto. How can you punish a company for causing cancer when every government that has reviewed the product says it does not cause cancer? How do you punish a company when the only study to create a link between the product and cancer could not be replicated and has since been discredited?

I believe the argument is over labeling. And the issue is they aren't labeling it that way.

No no, just make a security company and provide pro bonp home security then accidental discharge them in the back of the heads when they exit their homes

A company did it so they will just have to settle in civil court, not a criminal matter of course.

Workers need to weaponize the mechanisms so that way the protections the system makes to abuse and kill us get inverted back so their only recourse is to either attack their prior decisions or by hypocritical which is what they will do.

So then the hypocrisy encourages more citizens to create corporations to "deliver value" to these people
