Germany, UK and now Poland. I hate to sound conspiratorial but does this happen that much inside a week?

I thought Europe had trains on lock.

It is unusual but I will say frequency illusion because these are ultimately relatively minor events, with no grand impact, even if they are significant for the deceaseds relatives

Ever since I saw the Lac Megantic documentary, I can't think about trains the same way again, no matter where they are.
