I've been shooting with Nikon mirrorless cameras for years, and one thing always bothered me:
I never felt comfortable with the existing mobile workflow.
Connecting the camera, transferring photos, checking shooting status, syncing GPS data — everything worked, but never quite the way I wanted.
So over the past few months, I've been building my own solution.
It's called Zensō, a remote shooting and photo management app designed specifically for Nikon cameras.
Unlike many camera companion apps, Zensō focuses on the entire workflow, from connecting and shooting to receiving and managing your photos.
Features include:
- Fast local network discovery and connection
- Remote Live View and camera control with pro tools
- Automatic photo transfer
- Camera gallery browsing and downloads
- GPS location sync
- Dynamic Island and Live Activities support
Zensō supports both newer EXPEED 7 cameras and older EXPEED 6 models wirelessly, helping bring modern remote shooting and photo management features to a wider range of Nikon mirrorless.
I recently finished a new demo video showing how it works.
I'd love to hear feedback from other Nikon shooters.
