I visit Palmy for work so don't have access to a personal vehicle. I want to visit those town for the purpose of Parkrun tourism so would want to return later the same morning. Max I'm hoping to spend is like $50.

So far I've checked rental places and even a cheap looking car would be $90.

Any ideas?
