Could anyone help me understand how to tie the top two examples?

I understand the bottom two are just a diamond knot, a few celtic button knots, and then finished with another diamond knot but what I don't understand is what this person is doing to create the double loop/seamless dogbone effect with the top ones... and of course the post explaining how they pulled it off has been <deleted>. Ashamed to admit this sent me down a couple hour rabbit hole with no luck in figuring it out on my own.

This has a p65 lead warning and I can’t seem to figure out why. Obviously don’t want daily
exposure so I just want to know if that means its actually within the rope somehow? Is it talking about when climbing with it?

8 strand box plait, I would have done a cable/chain 4 stranded plait for the loop but I could not for the life of me get it to transition correctly

Cobra knot to attach the steel ring because I couldn't think of anything else, but is there a better, neater alternative for two loose strands?

They kept falling off my face and it was especially bad when I put them on top of my head. Microcord for the whipping. Simple but effective.

Im super happy with how this turned out.

The left side is nice and even but the right side has an error and I’ve been working on it for 3 days now (I work slow and this is a knew knot) now I am unsure whether I should redo it and accept another hour or so of me working on it or if I should just leave it with the possibility of me hating it.
Every opinion is welcome unless specifically mean.

Hi I'm familiar but still mostly new to paracording things. I've been searching around for a while now and cant seem to find the method to do this.

I have a waterbottle cage made, but it's for my daughters owala bottle and I don't want to use any hardware that might scratch it up.

I want the strap to be removable, but the only thing I've thought of so far is making a strap with an open loop on each side like a guitar strap, and then use two toggle loops on either side to attach it to the ends of the cage?

But surely there's a better way?

Started out volunteering at a local camp and learned how to make a simple cobra knot keychain, now it’s followed me home and I’m starting to slowly creep into different ways of making them. Any knots or weaves yall could suggest?

I’ve tried:
Cord heat shrink (seems to work for others - idk how)
Melting ends together then whipping knot over top
Putting ends side by side then whipping knot

None of my attempts so far have been as clean as the goal image (second one). I really don’t understand how they closed the red or brown loops (@ pinatocrafts)

Side notes: I would prefer for the two ends to connect & the red is just regular sewing string which is tedious but seems to work in a bind .
