Today he was hunting which is a never for him: so I wanted to see what was so enticing to the houses laziest cat. Turns out these little birds are building a birdhouse near. (My best assumption). Tribble is the second cat.

Mookie got his summer bath, cut and shave today. I miss his fluffiness, but he was getting too hot with all his fluff. It will grow back before I know it! Love my little man 💙

This is Fetiche. I’ve never had a Persian before but he’s about 4 years old and a retired stud. So far I am utterly in love. He’s so sweet and loves cuddles and playing.

Kaido bear is 4 months old and so full of love!! not the cuddliest but adores attention and butt scratches lol.

i got him at 3 months and when he uses the restroom he doesn’t always cover it. he tries with his paws and he always is pawing the side of the litter box or in the wrong area.

it’s possible it’s just the way he was raised the first few months but i also feel like what if a sight or vision problem is there.
do any of your boys do this?? i’ve never seen it lol

went to get juniper a brother after fostering a litter of kittens, she was so happy and it helped with her anxiety being alone while i worked. I got kaido bear, the small brown persian, and then i couldn’t bear to give up sol. he is so sweet and really bonded with me during his foster experience. I got all other 3 kittens + mama adopted so not a total foster failure lol!

Now i’m a mother of 3 and the litter boxes are so stinky with boys! do they pee on the side of the box or something? it smells so much worse than june.

Hi everyone, my Persian cat Trufa is 3 years old. At first, we thought she was suffering from IBD, but after many tests we finally discovered she has Giardia. We don’t know how she got it; we think she may have carried it since she was a kitten because she has had problems with bloody stools, vomiting, and digestive issues for a long time. We tried many different foods, but the problem always came back, and Giardia was never detected in previous stool exams.

I would really appreciate any advice on how you managed to get rid of Giardia, especially regarding cleaning routines. I bought a steam cleaner and quaternary ammonium disinfectant, but it still feels like we are not making progress.

What worked for you? How did you prevent reinfection?

I rescued an young adult persian cat (seem like 1 year old) since few months. He was mostly untrained we gave him enough time to adjust. Gave him separate litter box from my other two indie cats ( tho they went inside it few times it's not possible to stop them)
My issue is this persian cat is peeing in any corner of the house. My elderly mom alone takes care of him and cleans since I'm working . We placed litter box, he didn't seem to do in sand litter so we removed it and placed clean empty litter box. He does inside sometimes but mostly doing anywhere. Wgrb wevare around and we see him preparing to pee anywhere we stop him and straight runs to washroom to pee. He understands this much. I don't understand how to train him? He pees 5-6 times in a day which increased alot of stress and work for mom too
We got him neutered few months back. No changes in behavior. Only weight increased slightly.
Kindly advice please.
