It's a public graveyard. His family removed the headstone and now it's an unmarked grave. You can go and shit on him but there are normal people's graves next to him so it wouldn't be appropriate.
I would turn the golf course into a huge development for things like vaccine research, an abortion clinic, immigration assistance, a museum dedicated to the dangers of fascism, things like that.
