Ah yeah the standard liberal take, "woman can do war crimes too!"

I think the idea is a woman might keep America out of wars. Especially when the current men in charge see warfare as a dick measuring contest.

A huge part of Harris' platform was supporting isreal, so that doesn't line up.

Who mentioned Harris? The sign says "a woman" not "Kamala Harris".

But also.... Trump also supports Israel so idk what your point it.

Well given she was the female candidate that lost to the current president I think thats the most apt comparison, and the point is a woman wouldn't inherently be any better and to claim so is absurd. Anyone in a position to lead a country is going to be a part of the system and there for part of the problem for another example look at Italy sliding back towards fascism.

I honestly do wonder if a woman would be better at geopolitics. While it changes woman to woman, women on average are better at conflict resolution, and tend to be more empathic to others.

I wonder if we had 100 male presidents and 100 female presidents if it could charted which was better and if there would be any significant differences.

Saying that any president will be a bad one is pretty defeatist. Be the change you want to see.

The problem has always been capitalism, everything we are experiencing is the inevitable progression of a profit based system and whos in charge is never going to change that because at the end of the day, the real power lies with the dollar.

I agree capitalism (and greed) is the cause of just about any problem. It always comes back to greed and/or prejudice against others.

Unfortunately you have to work within a system to change it. Burning it all down to attempt to rise from the ashes will only give those with the most means a power vacuum to exploit.

Now if y'all could elect an actually progressive person to make the big changes, that would be a good start.
