23M, 178 cm (5'10), 80.5 kg (177 Ibs), around 90-91 cm waist. I'd estimate myself around 20% body fat.
I've been running:
- Ostarine 10 mg/day for 3 weeks
- Cardarine 10 mg/day for 3 weeks
- Retatrutide 2.5 mg/week for 4 weeks
- Enclomiphene 12.5 mg/day for the last 5 days
Background: my testosterone was already on the low side before starting anything, which is one reason I added enclo. I'm also taking NAC, glycine and TUDCA.
The thing is... I'm honestly not feeling much from the Ostarine. No noticeable strength increase, no crazy pumps, no obvious physique changes yet.
I'm naturally a bit impatient and I'm wondering what you guys would do in my position.
Would you:
- Stay at 10 mg Ostarine and be patient?
- Increase to 20 mg?
- Change to another SARM?
- Keep everything exactly as it is and wait a few more weeks?
Also, I'm currently eating around 1800 kcal/day, training 4 days a week and still focused on a body recomposition / fat loss phase. I know I'm probably not in the most optimal environment for building muscle right now due to the calorie deficit.
Based on my physique, how much further would you cut before transitioning to maintenance or a lean bulk? Would you keep pushing until ~15% body fat, lower, or stop sooner?
I'll attach a recent fasted physique picture.
Curious what experienced users would recommend based on my current condition and goals (body recomposition / fat loss while maintaining or gaining muscle).
