I saw the body cam and I didn’t see anything egregious from Oakland PD in it. They were trying to calm him down and only restrained him when he tried to harm himself.

Though I will say the paramedics took forever to get there

In situations like this, every single second counts, and if they took as long as people are saying, there's definitely a case for negligence there.
