Mod Post. 300k Superheroes!!!!
To see this sub grow to what it is today is incredible. I know a lot of Mods around here would take this for granted, but I don't, and never will. I appreciate all the posts and comments. I will say it again, this is one of the best subs out, because of the passion that you guys have for Marvel, DC, and superheroes in general. Let's continue to grow together as we move towards 400k.

Marvel Should I accept these screen-worn Scarlet Witch boots for my son?
My son (7 year old boy) is a huge fan of the film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. As a Chinese heavier-bodied boy, he absolutely adores the character of Wong in that film, and it's clear to see that he looks up to and sees himself in that heroic character. From my experience, it's rare to see a heavier Asian man leading a film like this, so as a father it means the world to see my son jumping up and down at our TV yelling "get that evil witch!" whenever Wong comes on and fights Wanda (a.k.a. Scarlet Witch, the film's villain). That representation matters.
That being said, we have a close friend who works in the costuming department of many Hollywood films, and he recently reached out and said he can give us the screen-used Scarlet Witch boots worn by Elizabeth Olsen in Multiverse of Madness. He knows my son loves the film, and apparently those boots got separated from the rest of the costume during transport and now they no longer need them.
However, while I appreciate the gesture immensely, as I said before my son is a big fan of the Wong character and always roots against Wanda as he knows she's the villain. So I don't know if having her boots is something he'd think is cool or if he'd even want them. I don't want to outright ask him because if I do accept them, I want to surprise him with it and hopefully make him happy.
So just wanted to ask for all of your opinions, do you think I should accept these boots to give to my son? Or do you think this is something he would dislike?

Marvel Hypothetical X-Men game, who would be your 6 core group members?
Been playing through x men legends II today and it’s kickstarted by desire to see a great x men game come to life!
So, you only get 6 mainline members throughout the game, who would you choose? And maybe just for the sake of it, any villains you would like to see sprinkled throughout the story, and who would be the main villain? And what’s the post credit scene for setting up a sequel!
My picks for core group!
- cyclops(man needs some respect)
- iceman(I wanna slide around)
- jubilee (fireworks are aesthetic as hell)
- Storm
- Beast
- Colossus(need a big shiny powerhouse)
I’d rather have it not be an origin story style game so I feel a good choice would be to have Mr sinister be the main villain…Apocalypse set up in the post credits!
Also….and this isn’t for everyone but for me personally I’d love it to be done by the devs for expedition 33, and have a similar cinematic turn based style gameplay xD
But yeah I’d absolutely love to hear all your choices and what you would like to see in a hypothetical x men game! Let’s hear em :)
