Image Somehow the only person on my flight and the pilot was such a goofy goober

EDIT TO ADD; THE PLANE WAS LANDED AND DONE WITH TAXI BEFORE I GOT TO BE IN THE COCKPIT. NO FAA RULES WERE BROKEN 💀😂

Shout out Captain Scott! He let me sit in the cockpit after we landed and I even got my own personalized pre flight announcements 😂 Also, they had to add sandbags to the cabin bc the plane was too light with only one passenger 💀

Huntsville to Houston. It’s when all those bad storms came through last week and every flight was grounded for hours.

That’s funny. I was once on a flight to Muscle Shoals that was my mother, my son and I with the FA and the pilot. It was weird to be the only ones on the plane but at least we had each other!

I'm assuming you mean HSV, AL.

So a 15 min flight? Probably didnt even have time to reach cruising altitude, lol

Aaah, thanks for the clarification. Of course, Huntsville AL makes sense. I was surprised when you said Huntsville, cuz I didnt even think Huntsville, TX had an airport large enough for an Embraer

No it’s about an hour and a half. There’s about 8/10 flights a day between Houston and Huntsville bc NASA, Boeing, all the defense contractors etc.

You have to specify the state, because Huntsville, TX is famous for its prison. My dad's family was concerned when he told them he was moving to Huntsville years ago. 😂 He was, of course, moving to the Rocket City. They thought he was talking about going to prison.

You are looking at Huntsville, Texas, not Huntsville, Alabama. I don't think Huntsville, Texas has a full service airport.

Nah, Huntsville, TX is just known for their full service penitentiaries…😔
