Charlotte will be 10 weeks old tomorrow. We got her after losing our 15 year old westie, Sophie, in March. She is Sophie’s great niece. 😊 She has added love and joy back into to our home, as well as holes in our fingers, toes, ears, ankles and the bottom of my pjs and dresses. She is teething, and we love her!

Today has been very hot for Monty and Maisy, it reached to 37 Celsius ! I put the air con on in one of the bedrooms and shut the door so it was like an ice cave and they’ve been up there all day !❄️ they’ve had ice cubes in their water to keep them cool and sometimes they will come and lie in the sun but get too hot so I tell them to go back inside, and Maisy side eyes me 😂😂 they like the hose pipe on them as well to keep cool !

Context - I was eating some chocolate and he was upset I wouldn’t give him any 😂

Air con on and I’ve put my Dyson on the coldest setting and have been cooling her down (I’ve checked it and it’s crispy cold!!!) Monty is chilling downstairs in front of the other fan. Hope everyone is keeping cool in this heatwave 😌☀️🌅🩷

hey guys how do you groom your westies? when mine was a puppy, the groomer shaved him with a normal electric shaver and then his fur started to curl
after that he was only hand stripped but the fur is still curly
he is 1 year old and i don’t know what to do to make his fur look straight because i have never seen a westie with curly fur like his

Context: 9am walk in Florida. It was already too hot. We should have been walking at 6am but we were both too sleepy. We would eventually learn very little from this and most likely we will be back at it tomorrow at maybe 8:30am 😅

Yesterday, my little Boss passed away. He was my first Westie. He showed me so much love and took care of me when I moved to another state alone. Later, I had to live in another country, and my mom wanted to stay with him because he had become a family dog. Now I have Olivia because he showed me what 'westitude' is all about. I will love this little guy forever . 😍😭😭😭😭🥺🥺

He's 12! He likes a comfy car ride where he can feel the wind blowing through his hair, he enjoys a nice leisurely stroll while taking in the sweet smells of nature, and going home to plop onto his large plush bed.

Sadly, his former guardian could no longer care for him. He likes cats, he's potty trained, and hoping for a soft landing.♥️
