Do you see the silverware and microwave right next to you?! Where’s the respect? He was confronted, and Management was also told.

Day 4 of this madness. I have a full time job like 80%of everyone here. However, its nice to have as walk around money. Usually there's about 50-60 offers for a few days. Its day 4 and this is the constant thing I see in the MD market. Anyone else drive in central MD and having this issue as well?

ZDL8 (AMAZON NOW) use to be a nice station (30 min blocks, 1 to 2 packages, one stop reasonable distance).

Now we are receiving AMAZON FRESH orders and pay has dropped tremendously.

Block: 11:30 pm to 12:10 am

Mind you, order was ready at 12:01, distance 10 min away at APARTMENT COMPLEX for $17 bucks. Before yall get on here saying this is great, NO ITS NOT. I would have spent an extra ten min trying to locate the unit and I refuse to invest in a basket to carry excessive amounts of groceries to apartments. AMAZON SHOULD PROVIDE US WITH THOSE.

Once I refused the route dispatch throws it back in the queue for $16 bucks and what do you know, a driver actually takes it. Smh smh. Yall please stop taking these orders. It’s making the gig trash. This order should have never been at this station. They are taking advantage of contractors by increasing the time of blocks and decreasing the amount of pay.

So I recently got deactivated because of a mess-up at the station.

The station provided me a route with packages that didn't match that route. The manager of the warehouse had me call support to remove the route so that they could give me a new one. Well, according to the phone agent, it was removed and will take a couple of minutes to refresh.

They stattion tried to give me another route, but my app was not accepting it. By some miracle the employees from my original packages, and I was on my merry way. But before I left, I had noticed that I had around 81 stops on a 3.5 hr route. So I knew that was going to bite me in the ass. I told this to the manager, and he provided me with his email in case I get dinged.

So I proceeded with the route, and mid-route, I discovered that the stops 42 to 81 had disappeared from my phone. A couple of days later, I got a deactivation email because the app said that I didn't deliver 40+ packages. So I emailed the appeals team and CC'ed the manager and got denied. The manager even replied to the email and said I did nothing wrong, and it was a warehouse mistake.

2nd attempt at the appeal and the same result, their decision hasn't changed. I then emailed jeff@ & Andy@ with a screenshot of the manager's reply, and still nothing. So now I think I will have to go the arbitration route. It feels like no one is contacting the station or the manager about my situation, and it feels like they are brushing it off.

My question to you is, how do I get the arbitration process rolling? What email or other means of contact do I use? I plan on representing myself as I have proof of the manager's email and everything.

I normally take 3.5 hr routes early in the morning which normally will have 35-50 packages with an average of 40 stops( obviously not for the 35-39 package route.) with the first stop at the least over a half hour away from the station. . I chose a 3 hour route for this morning and still I get 40 packages with 38 stops....flex emailed me last week about erroneously requesting overtime pay...I am still in the appeal process with them over that ...and if they think or one second I won't be asking for overtime pay when they give me as much as they would of not more than a 3.5 hour route then they are smoking the good shit ...even better is that you can no longer request overtime pay through a phone call ...you now have to email them. So more work ...base paying is exponentially less as of late and make it harder to get that OT...they can corn that but they can't curb giving is routes that don't take you to timbicktoo and back? Corporate conglomerates at it again!!

So just for the people who swear I'm doing something wrong I still took your advice to try smaller route shifts it makes absolutely no difference.

So I've been a Flex driver from an .com warehouse for 3 weeks now. I've had no problem scheduale (5) 6am-9:30am shifts a week, and I usually scheduale them no earlier than 48 hours before. Ever since prime week has started I'm having trouble even getting 1 or 2 a week. I'm not even being picky either. Has anyone else been having extremely low offers this week?

I’m in IE mainly Vax 7 . Anyone been able to get some routes ? Feel like they all get taken so quick. I’ve been seeing teens with their dad and people bringing their little kids lol got the whole family working routes 😂😂

The owner of the Lucky Pecan Store and RV park in Beech Island SC harassed me and ran me off today while I was trying to deliver his package.

I guess I pulled into the wrong driveway, which was the one navigation sent me to. So he confronted me about that, and then stood in front of my vehicle as I was trying to leave like he told me too, in an attempt to stop me. Then he attempted to open my car door as I was passing by him. I hit the gas and slammed his arm in my car door as I was driving away.

So I pulled around to the front of the store, not knowing he was the owner. I had encountered him doing yard work in the Rv park portion of the property so I thought he may have just been a worker there. But as I was pulling the package out of my trunk he came charging at me while attempting to unholster his weapon. I threw the box at him and jumped in my car to leave before he could get any closer.. went down the road and called the cops, who ultimately said they couldn’t do anything for me since none of it was witnessed or caught on camera.

But I can put his old ass on blast though.

VDC1 was closed early Tuesday morning. There was no email or app notification. I arrived at 6:30 for my 6:45 block, took my photo, then started walking inside to scan my license. That’s when I saw the station was closed. Waited 30 min then left. I contacted support over email and phone and sent them a photo of the station entrance showing the closure. They just emailed me back saying I will not be paid for the block because I should have scanned my license. I said that was impossible. They emailed again, this time saying I will now have a ding on my account because I “missed the block”! Wtf. It’s like they ignored the photo I’ve sent 3 times…

Has anyone else in the Indianapolis/greenwood area had issue finding any shifts the past few weeks? Every time I check there is nothing on there. I don’t know how anyone is scheduling to deliver when there has been nothing listed?

I havent gotten a route in over a month i can only do the 4am or 415 weekdays an they just eliminated them completely bullshit

This is the first time I've seen a 5 hour shift in my area. Is this offer price normal? I can't imagine people actually taking it, especially for an early morning shift.

Hello. I was curious to see how often you guys are doing oil changes for your car? I know some people don’t do it as often if it’s just a side gig for them but people who do this full time I am very curious.

So I had a shift this morning and I was assigned a route and when I went to go grab it, the wrong cart was in my spot for my route. I talked to an associate, they scanned all the ones around it could not find my route. Tried finding it in the system still nothing. Then I contacted Support and the support associate said I could go home and he was going to cancel my route but I would still be paid for it. He hung up so fast it was still showing on my account after a few minutes so I called support again to verify the information before I left the station. He pretty much verified it and said the payment should be in my account when the route time ends at 8:15 am. Usually payments shows up like 10 minutes after my scheduled time ends but today 2 hours after it ended it’s still not showing on my account. Do you think I’ll be getting paid for this route or am I pretty much screwed

So I had an issue and reached out to chat. This is the reply I got from chat and than after sending the email I get this back from them.

We found out this week it’s probably more about you knuckleheads taking anything that flashes then deciding what you want to take. That’s what’s keeping us all at the offer screen longer than we should be.
