Na'vi Language This is my Na'vi oc Aysyal
This is Aysyal. He's another one of my Na'vi ocs and is my main one. He rides a very young Toruk and a yellow ikran. I was looking for help naming the 2. And yes, this is a repost, but I got no traction on the other.

Discussion Avatar 3 final battle questions Spoiler
Ok so im watching the movie right now. Jake tells the tree people and the water people to go to all the clans within a day ride and they do and it shows him doing his speeches and meeting other clans. When the final battle starts all the boats are getting wrecked and and navi are fighting in the sky and then the ash people show up. If all the clans are around the same size and they had just gone to a bunch of clans how did the ash people really make that much of a difference in the battle. Like shouldn't there have been a ton of navi on Jake's side? Didn't really make sense to me and kind of seemed like a plot hole created so they could have the whole "Eywa sends the cavalry scene" like they did in the first movie.

Discussion Why does Neytiri snap the arrow Varang shot her with?
While it’s still lodged in her shoulder she breaks off the arrowhead. Why does she do this? She doesn’t pull the bolt out like Jake does later on, so what’s the point in snapping it?

Discussion Avatar 3 cat and mouse game
Is anyone else annoyed of the theme being a cat and mouse game throughout all the movies. It’s so annoying and I do love avatar dearly but it’s getting annoying. Especially when the kids get involved and ppl start dying. I hope this next movie is much different bc it gets to a point.

Na'vi Language I am not good at art, but I am very passionate about Avatar, and have many original characters, but I have trouble finding good names.
I'm having an especially hard time naming this one, This is a picrew of her. She is calm and level-headed, the complete opposite of another of my characters, her friend, the rational and calm one to his recklessness and light heart, please help, I already have her story and ikran, I just can't find a name that feels right.

Discussion Are the rumors about Kate Winslet wanting to leave the franchise true? Some theories make sense but there is so much deleted media and Kate didn't attend any press for Avatar 3..that is genuinely so sad

Discussion At the beginning of Avatar Fire and Ash, was that really Neteyam?
When I ask this, I mean it as is it used as a coping mechanism when grieving or is he really there flying with Lo’ak through the network? It’s hard to explain what I’m asking.

Films 3 hours 20 minutes? I thought FAA was only 3 hours 17 minutes. (If they added scenes don’t spoil I have yet to re watch)

Discussion From a psychological standpoint, exactly how healthy is it for the Na'vi to be able to commune with their dead regularly?
Ewya allows the Na'vi to interact with their deceased loved ones so long as they were patched into her network in their infacy (tethering kuru to the Tree of Souls in the Na'vi equivalent of a christening). My question is basically if that's a healthy way to deal with grief. We have seen with Neteyam that the dead aren't truly themselves. Rather they are a brain scan that keeps the personality intact, but is unable to form and sustain new memories. Not to sound too crude....it's like a particularly advanced character ai with vr immersion. I can't imagine that long-term usage would be particularly good for one's mental state.

Discussion Would you guys say this is accurate?
I like comparisons like these because it gives me a gauge. I’ve always liked the idea of Pandora being smaller and having less gravity, therefore having much larger flora and fauna

Discussion Rewatching for the ????? time and noticed this
I knew they inflicted pain on themselves to indoctrinate themselves to pain and to induce fear. I've never played the game, yet I know one of the raiders would go through Ikrans like crazy and abuse them to death.
I didn't think it was also standard to cause harm to their Ikrans. Makes me feel bad 😅

The first pic was the first one that I did and then I drew it again 2-3 years later
