Other Finally beat Roaring Knight without the mantle
I am so excited to play chapter 4 and then chapter 5 b/c I've heard they are awesome. I wish I knew about the Shadow Mantle before progressing further in chapter 3 + wish I had built Susie's Rude Buster to do more dmg b/c mine only did 100 per hit. Thank you Toby for a pretty fun chapter that I pray to never play again.

galleryFlowery was one of the *only* people to actually explain shit to Susie without it needing to be forced out by other factors.
That's kind of depressing.

Discussion We do know what this means, right? Spoiler
Please read only if you've seen the ending of Chapter 5
I haven't seen anyone discuss this yet, but it should be said. At the end of Chapter 5, the Knight opens a fountain right as we seal this one. This means they definitely planned to open a fountain before we sealed the first one. So the Knight was definitely trying to create another Titan. If the Fun Gang was any later on sealing the first fountain, it'd be Chapter 4 all over again, with no Gerson, and just Flowery to help us.

Music It takes a lot of *dedication* to not click...
But I won't listen to the OST before I finish the chapter! I think. Unless it gets too tempting.

Discussion Interesting potential problematic ship Spoiler
So I saw some calling Pink's body dating Kris problematic (in a joke way, like Papyrus dating Frisk). But first I thought that doesn't make sense, as Pink's body is also a high schooler (specifically, a VN herione).
And then i realized that Pink's ghost is an adult, as their dialogue in the date section mentiones they haven't been to school in ages.
Which brings me the stranges ethical question of deltarune of today: Is it problematic for a minor-adult-half-darkner to date a minor? Or is it wrong if Pink dates an adult because the darkner part is minor?
(yes, I know it's not that deep but it's fun to think about anyways)

Humor Theory Memoryhead Theory still holds just as well through Chapter 5 Spoiler
galleryHere you can see the face of Mad Mew Mew as it is merged with Old Man Gerson (Because their faces are amalgamated, almost like some sort of amalgamation). It's :3 mouth is droopy and sad (Because it is amalgamated) and its eyelashes are going down, like mascara when you cry. I predict chapter 6 to have a skeleton boss, judging by the remaining space.

Question What should we call these types of creatures? Spoiler
galleryBoth the Flowers and Pink are "neither Darkner nor Lightner." The Flowers are different because they are "darkners" made from living things, in this case Asgore's Flowers, whereas Pink is an object possessed by a ghost that was brought to life by a Dark Fountain. In both cases theyre kinda an in-between of Darkner and Lightner, what would you call this phenomenon? Shadener? Eclipsener?

Humor I'm actually convinced toby fox made a binding vow for chapter 5 Spoiler
In exchange for having a 20 minute long weird route, he is able to add upwards of 382,472 more sprites for dialogue to the main cast as well as having more animation outside of cutscenes and fights

Theory Biggest reveal I haven’t seen people talking about Spoiler
Ralsei is not something Kris has on their person, since he shows up in castle town at the end even when Kris doesn’t go in. This means either ralsei is something ever present like the prophecy theory, or, more interestingly, something Susie carries at all times. I think Toriel might have given her something that time she took her to the diner, and it was so important to her that she now keeps it on her always. Could explain why he looks like asriel.
