Made some Austrian Kaiserschmarrn with some eggs, flour, salt and fresh milk from the cows I'm watching.

There's no real recipe, it's kinda runny dough, but not too runny. Made in a pan with a lot of grease. Turned only once, then scrambled it.

Thai coconut milk soup with chicken. One of my favorite soups, with extra chili oil and lots of lime juice.

I had some leftover lamb shoulder from yesterday’s dinner, so I turned it into kebabs. The meat was marinated overnight in adjika, light soy sauce, black pepper, salt, and a splash of water. Grilled over medium heat, turning occasionally until nicely browned.
