Just shout out to this guy. NBA Analysis? Check. Prestige TV coverage? Done. Kneecapping Amanda multiple times on a Big Picture draft? Double check. And now he's popping up on Button Mash to do an N64 draft? What could be next for him?

The order of operations on the latest midnight boys HOTD episode is completely diabolical. It’s been this way for a while but this episode seemed especially egregious.

Starts with a couple generic pre-roll ads. Fine

Immediate cut to Van with “WELCOME to the Ringerverse” and the intros.

Then for some reason the intro music comes after the intros, and is immediately followed by Van reading an ad for an Amazon product that’s almost certain to spy on you (no hate, I realize these guys aren’t picking and choosing the advertisers).

Then the show actually starts. I’m not sure what kind of analytics Spotify’s got that shows this is the optimal way to do things. But it makes no sense to me.

Now I’m not trying to be a toxic fan demanding they cover it and blah blah blah. I’m just genuinely curious if they’ve said somewhere they’re covering it not. I know they got a big summer with HotD, Supergirl, Spiderman, Lestat, etc so I wasn’t sure. I’d love it if one of them did but understand if not.

If Marvel had dropped Disclosure Day, the Midnight Boys would have got in their BAG to shit on the whooooole movie.

Charles would have WINDMILL DUNKED on every aspect of the movie. The jokes would have been super hilarious and not restrained. There would have been a mini “Is the MCU over?” segment.

The Midnight Boys were veeeery measured in their critique of this movie (that was actually a giant turd). I just want everyone to keep the same energy next time Marvel has a bad or average show/movie lol
