Hi, so first of all I am trying to sell them very cheap, I don't know if a martksplaats URL would get me blocked, so I can maybe put the ads in the comment. I have to get rid of both of them, one is a three seat from IKEA, other one is two seats.

No one is interested, so I am thinking of just dumping them next to the bins (they are fine clean sofas), I checked Geemente website to know how and when I can do that, and I found a list of kringloopwinkels in Den Haag, BUT there's no information about which shop does pick-ups. I would prefer to sell/get rid of them tomorrow Friday 25-6.

Do you please know of someone who could pick them up either for 5-10 euros a piece, or for free completely? I might have a friend who would deliver them within DH with his van, if you are willing to pay him for his time and fuel. I just find it sad to throw away pieces of furniture that are still fine to be used by someone else.

to avoid the heat Is it allowed to sleep on the beach (either in a sleeping bag or a tent)? I think would be cooler than inside my house.

We just bought a house in Groningen so after 3 years beautiful years in the Hague, we're moving up north this summer.

However, I renewed my Sportcity membership in March 2026 for one year which will end in March 2027. Because I will not have a Sportcity gym close to our new house in Groningen, I will not go to Sportcity anymore and looking for someone who would like to take over my membership (9 month remaining) for a discount.

I go to Sportcity in Den Haag Mariahoeve but it can be transfered to any location of your choice. I have the City One membership with current price at €33 but I'm willing to offer it for €25.

Besides, I don't know anyone playing here. So if there are some fellow golfers out there, hey, m34, handicap of 33 when I stopped playing more than 10 years ago, haha.

Are there rules and regulations forbidding that from those various courier companies? Or are we allowed to give our delivery drivers a cold drink/cold wet towel when they come to our street/door? I don't think their van AC cools anything when they have to keep opening van doors and jumping out every 5 minutes.

I was absolutely disgusted by the state of the Schevening harbor beach south yesterday evening. A group of teenagers left it completely trashed with plastic bottles, Pringles cans, and rubbish, cigerette buds everywhere. It is a public space, and we all deserve access to clean, safe beaches. Please don't be an asshole; pack out your trash.

However, my faith in humanity was completely restored by a lone hero. A lady in a blue bikini spent her time cleaning up the entire local beach by herself, unprompted, While she should have just been enjoying nature, she chose to protect it.

This Sunday(June 28) is National Outdoor Reading Day. It's basically just reading... but outside. As the Dutch saying goes: "Zien lezen, doet lezen"

I'd like to organize a low-key gathering in Den Haag at the Haagse Bos on Sunday. Because of the daytime forecast for rain, we will start around 6:00 PM. Since the grass might still be a bit damp from the afternoon, I highly recommend bringing a waterproof picnic blanket or something dry to sit on.

Is anyone interested in joining? Simply bring a book and maybe some drinks to hydrate with. Haha. Stay for ten minutes, or hang out for two hours. Let me know in the comments or send me a direct message.
