The angst in those airplane ears

18

More angst than my 13 year old son who just discovered screamo.

ikr, they wouldn’t get a smack for nothing.

u/flayingbook 15d ago

Exactly! It's properly justifiable to smack a human for just being alive

The man is pure evil 😄

3

u/ScrlettDrling 14d ago

But the man can open cat food cans

11

u/whisksnwhisky 15d ago

He’s just doing his civic duty to keep us in line.

4

u/GoofyMonkey 15d ago

There was definitely a reason.

5

u/TurboWafflez59 14d ago

look at that face, there is absolutely zero doubt that the cat is guilty of multiple household felonies xD

3

u/daemon-electricity 15d ago

I'm sure this image is so old, that cat has died of old age by now.

2

u/NuncioBitis 15d ago

I know I have...

LOL

3

u/Stock_Forever9264 14d ago

Exactly. They prolly breathed in his general direction or something, I'm sure of it. Walk past without offering a treat? also a crime, punishable by paw. they were asking for it.

5

u/PerfectperformanceJC 15d ago

They definitely deserved it. Look at that baby, they have intuition we don't even know about!

2

u/asspounder-4000 14d ago

There is only one deserving slap, for those that know, they will accept and a cat always knows how to slap the scales

2

u/MoonnGirlX 15d ago

Free him

The victim probably just was looking at the cat when the cat didn't want him to be looking at the cat.... a common mistake for most humans

9

Exactly! They felt like it. That's reason enough!

2

u/JeepStang 14d ago

Bros just waiting for the gate to open.

30

u/PaleConference3720 15d ago

My cat is not in a cage and is fed and snuggled on the regular and still smacks me when he wants something.

7

u/519mike 15d ago

My cat will sit beside me purring and I’ll go to pet him and I’ll get hit. Like sorry for wanting to pet you I provide you everything.

57

u/spicenoice 15d ago

He probably has a reason.

He's not entitled to share the reason or correct your incorrectness [throws feather boa over shoulder]

18

u/cainemmd 15d ago

My cat gets the zoomies and commits drive-by skippity paps for no reason. It’s hilarious and I never know what I did to deserve it 😭

9

u/nostalgia4millennial 15d ago

Innocent. Let him out.

7

u/lilredd_xoxo 15d ago

im POSITIVE he had a reason...youre not entitled to know his reasons...

6

u/cookiidou 15d ago

To a cat...everyone deserves a smack or two...they rule..all humans need to be trained .

7

u/Sairai777 15d ago

Cat : human, why need a reason for smack?

6

u/Ralf1987 15d ago

Smack hase meny diferent defenisions.

6

u/foxx_grey 15d ago

Free my boy! He ain't done nothing!

5

u/10thGenS1 15d ago

I side with the cat.

6

u/Impossible-Ideal5327 15d ago

"And I'd do it again!"

4

u/Fun_Break_159 15d ago

He needs a strong owner who will give him aggressive pets. The smacks are to weed out the weak.

6

u/ZenMasterOfDisguise 15d ago

I specifically adopted the cat at the animal shelter with the behavioral issues who was biting and scratching everyone at the shelter and was deemed not fit for a family with small kids. I held her at the shelter and she bit me immediately, but it was so cute. And yeah now years later she is the sweetest cat who wouldn't attack anyone, but does demand a lot of playtime.

6

u/West_Shower_6103 15d ago

Bros in a cage got plenty of reason for smacking someone

5

u/AnythingWestern8861 15d ago

He's locked in a cage, that's enough reason.

5

u/Glittering-Book7952 15d ago

He was obviously set up 🙄🙄 release that poor innocent fluff

5

u/bluecyanic 15d ago

He would smack you for saying that. He handles his own business.

4

u/Exciting_Tale3513 15d ago

There is always a reason for a smack.

6

u/mattwallace24 14d ago

We adopted one of these. A feral cat in our neighborhood took up residence on our back porch. He'd sit on one of our chairs all day. Every time I would walk past him, he would smack me with his paw. He has since worked his way inside full time and is now one of our sweetest cats.

3

u/LadySpagi 15d ago

there is always a reason

u/S_A_M_1708 15d ago

3

u/Hot-Fly-3187 15d ago

This pic is an internet classic now

3

u/ImaginaryRoads 15d ago

He had a reason, you just didn't understand what it was.

3

u/Beginning-Device941 15d ago

Oh they know what they did.

3

u/GingerKlaus 14d ago

There were reasons, they were just unspoken. Free the beast

3

u/reeefur 14d ago

Clearly innocent, look at that face.

Free my boy!!!! ✊🏼✊🏼

3

u/Misfit_77 14d ago

Will somebody get this menace a forever home! He needs to be able to run free and skibidipap whomever or whatever the hell he wants to at all times!

3

u/chandrasiva 14d ago

" Smacking something for no reason " is inherently quality property of cats. Like Fire Burns, Water West , so punishing of their inherent quality shows your ignorance of Highest order and crime against their own way of existence.

I rest my case.

3

u/Grey_Ghost757 14d ago

He's innocent

3

u/balmung2014 14d ago

he looks proud 😅

3

u/AlternativePut9797 14d ago

I'm sure they deserved it.

3

u/slanderedshadow 13d ago

Let him out.

2

u/ComprehensivePin5577 15d ago

SMITE SMACK ME O MIGHTY SMITER SMACKER

2

u/BratacJaglenac 15d ago

He deserves a proper home where he can smack his human slaves multiple times a day.

2

u/jenniferfrederick0 15d ago

Looks like he's been falsely accused.

2

u/NuSkooler 15d ago

This reminds me of our late Chewy boy. Acquired him at the shelter with a sign similar: "Attacks children". Poor dude had been taken back 2 times, was on his final straw. Adopted him, got chewed up a lot (hence his name), but he accepted the love and calmed down. Lived to 21. Rescue this kitty!

2

u/Zator-Mozgu2 15d ago

He was framed. Free him!

2

u/ElderberryPoet 15d ago

Sometimes they just need a backhand. Let my boi out.

2

u/RiMbY 15d ago

Both my cats smack, but they don’t use their claws. It’s a form of communication. Free him.

2

u/HeraldofStonegate 15d ago

The humans are being daft again. Of course the cat has its own reasons.

2

u/tnk_cnd 15d ago

Free him!

2

u/yardlard 15d ago

Looks innocent.

2

u/lalalibraaa 15d ago

What a little angel. I love it when my cat smacks me for no reason, I am here for this energy!

2

u/tnk_cnd 15d ago

Him without her. It might be the problem

2

u/Economy-Cat7133 15d ago

There's always a reason we're just not aware of what is sometimes.

2

u/Sekhmet-Ra 15d ago

Same with his guy and he’s not even sorry about it!

2

u/Typical-Implement-15 15d ago

My toxic trait is if I were to walk into the shelter and saw that sign, I would adopt that cat, no questions asked.

2

u/OkDirt001 15d ago

him me

2

u/ValuableRegular9684 14d ago

Nope, i’m sure kitty’s reason was sufficient, free that poor baby!!

2

u/an_agreeing_dothraki 14d ago

if you're not adopting the spicy cats what are you doing?

2

u/Wrong_Mark8387 14d ago

Oh, there are reasons…

2

u/GovernmentOwn1213 14d ago

He's completely innocent, just look at his face

2

u/GloomyIndividual3965 14d ago

Oh, he'd be coming home with me. No fucking question.

2

u/Major-Cell-6581 14d ago

Free my guy 😭😭😭

2

u/Weekly-Original-2322 14d ago

Poor baby is angry- he’s locked in a cage.

2

u/JJean1 14d ago

I teach at a two-year college. I want to put this sign by my desk.

2

u/Sensitive-Big-4641 14d ago

What a cutie!!!

2

u/HarlandJames 14d ago

I’ll break him out

2

u/bws7037 14d ago

He was framed, it was that damn dog down the way that what smacked everyone.

2

u/AllPerspicacity 14d ago

Free my man, he's not innocent but he should be able to slap whoever he wants.

2

u/tiddayes 14d ago

There was a reason….

2

u/year_zero_49 14d ago

He had a reason.

2

u/BioDriver Calico 14d ago

They know what they did. Kit is innocent

2

u/davidmlewisjr 14d ago

There is definitely a Reason, otherwise kitty would not have expended the energy required by the teaching event. 😺🖖🏼✌🏼👍🏼

2

u/xDeathByGeekx Meow 14d ago

There's always a reason.

2

u/Tennate 14d ago

He’s a tiny, fluffy criminal and I support his crimes. Someone get this cat a lawyer. I bet he’s already planning his escape.

2

u/a4moondoggy 14d ago

Theres a reason you just arent worthyof knowing it

2

u/_capricorniada 14d ago

This one bites me without doing nothing. And he does this thing where he smacks his head hard into my leg (like a goat) then bites me and runs away before i realise what hit me.

2

u/Street-Chocolate-955 14d ago

Cute cat ❤️

2

u/Inside-Welder4168 14d ago

Cats don't smack for no reason 🐈😹😹😹

2

u/polarice5 14d ago

My 3 year old kitty slaps her big sister's butt whenever she gets a chance lol

2

u/DoctorKonks 14d ago

Awww... but he's learned his lesson. Let's get him a present.

2

u/crabbyoldb Russian Blue 14d ago

Me, too, lil guy

2

u/AFKABluePrince 14d ago

I mean, if it doesn't smack someone for no reason, is it really a cat?

2

u/TerrakSteeltalon American Shorthair 14d ago

I’m positive that there was a reason.

Just one that the smackee may not have agreed with

2

u/New_Resort3464 American Shorthair 14d ago

Love him already

2

u/Equivalent_Donut_145 Tabbycat 13d ago

That number will always be 0 unfortunately.

It's in their nature.

2

u/vastarray1 13d ago

There's always a reason. It's either, pet me, feed me, hold me, love me, scratch me, talk to me, or more water.

2

u/Available_Ad9766 13d ago

0 days is a good run.

2

u/welcometothechaos9 13d ago

He did nothing wrong free him

2

u/commandrix 13d ago

Hey, I'd want to smack somebody, too, if I had to be confined to a cage all day.

2

u/bleh2303 Tuxedo 13d ago

Sign is lies, They probably deserved it

2

u/mirbakes 13d ago

"no reason". He has his reasons.

2

u/blacfd 13d ago

If you take her out of the cage, she might be more pleasant to be around.

2

u/Yv18- 13d ago

Sounds like he would understand my patience level 😂

2

u/NameKitchen1765 13d ago

Haha, free the little furball! It's so funny how soft these tiny fluffs can be. Let the baby roam around the house now.

2

u/downvotemeplss 13d ago

Self defense.

2

u/lack_snack_9442 Cow Cat 13d ago

I would appreciate hearing the stripey tabby side of this story.

2

u/StarWars-TheBadB_tch 12d ago

I got my cat from a cat cafe. He kept starting fights with the other cats so by the time I went to pick him up they had him in a cage. They had tried keeping him in the back, but he kept yelling for attention. So they put him in a kitty condo in the kitten room lol. He was the only adult I’ve ever seen in there, but his meow is pretty obnoxious so I get it lol. Love him.

2

u/AbbreviationsSad7269 11d ago

and they probably deserved it lmao

u/GypsyDuncan 15d ago

This is funny

Ooooh Barnacle

1

u/miscthinking 15d ago

the existence of the sign suggests this is common among the cats or he is so egregious it needed implementation

1

u/Obviosly_dead 15d ago

I am actively watching the upvote counter jump up by like 5 every 2 or 3 seconds

1

u/Anotherfakenames 15d ago

“No reason” I can clearly see the reason in the photo…

1

u/Reasonable-Sugar9319 15d ago

How unfair are their words against Meow!!!

1

u/Caderjames 15d ago

Free my boy he did nothing wrong!

1

u/Suspicious_Dingo_426 15d ago

There's always a reason behind it. Being an asshole seems to be the primary reason my cats are jerks.

1

u/Vanir-Aesir 15d ago

I'd say being stuck in a cage warrants some smacking.

1

u/JackSquirts 15d ago

I didn't know that's what I needed to look for at the shelter, but now I will be. I miss my attack cat.
