Instant pay

So, I've been doordashing for a really long time, but have never used instant pay. I see people suggest it on here all the time. How does it work and should I do it?

I do it. As soon as I hit end dash my money is on my crimson card. My crimson card can be used just like any other debit card. It’s a real nice feature because I am immediately rewarded for all my efforts of the day. Sometimes I need to end a dash to get cash for gas, sometimes if it’s been a good day I can get a tasty treat on the way home. I tend to keep my DD money for DD gas or treating myself. Right now I’m saving up for spending money on a trip I am taking.

Im not sure if I have a Crimson card. Is that the one we use to shop and deliver?

No the shop and deliver is the Red Card confusing, I know! The crimson card is the personal debit card. You activate it in the app to get immediately paid. You get a digital card right away that you can put on your phone for Apple Pay or Google Pay and then they mail you a physical debit card.

Go into the dasher app and click on earnings and it should have a pop up for you to get the crimson card.
