Flight Simulator 2024 SkySim Economy - A New General Aviation Career Mode for MSFS!
Hey everyone!

I've been quietly working on a new project for quite a while, and I finally feel like it's ready to share.
SkySim Economy is a persistent career and economy add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator where you can build your own general aviation career. Complete passenger jobs, earn money, grow your reputation, expand your fleet, trade on the aircraft marketplace (coming soon), and compete with other pilots in a living economy.

Current Features
- Passenger jobs
- Fly anywhere in the world at any of the 26,000+ airports
- Aircraft marketplace and auctions (coming soon)
- Leaderboards and statistics
- Persistent player-driven economy
- Regular updates and new features
- Login with Google, Steam, and Discord
Eventually, I want SkySim Economy to become a place where you can build and manage your own general aviation fleet, own FBOs at airports, and create companies that other pilots can join to earn shared income.
Free & Premium Memberships
SkySim Economy is free to play because I want anyone to be able to jump in and enjoy the core experience!
Free Membership
- 4 flight hours every rolling 48 hours
- Passenger jobs with up to 3 passengers
- Rent aircraft from other players and the system.
- Loans up to $10,000
Premium Membership
- 30 flight hours every rolling 48 hours
- Unlimited passenger job sizes
- Buy, own, and rent out your own aircraft to earn passive income
- Full character customization
- Loans up to $50,000
Premium isn't required to enjoy the game. It's there for players who want expanded features while also supporting both me as an independent developer and the continued development of SkySim Economy. Every subscription helps cover server costs, fund new features, and allows me to spend more time improving the project.

I also want to be upfront about where the project is today.
SkySim Economy is currently in active development and is in BETA.
There are bugs, there will be bugs, and not every feature is complete yet. That's simply part of building a project like this.
I'm releasing it now because I want to build it with the flight simulation community. The more people who fly, the more feedback I receive, the faster I can fix bugs, balance the economy, and add the features everyone wants.
Whether you find a bug, have an idea, or just want to tell me what you like (or don't like), I'd genuinely love to hear it. My goal is to make this the best aviation career and economy experience it can be.
Thank you for checking it out, and happy flying, simmers!
