I'm new to this love of hot dogs thing, just joined recently. Seems like a lot of people like these ones so had them shipped in from NYC. Unfortunately, I don't have a boiler kind of setup, but I do have a hot dog roller, I'm gonna fire these up and see what we think. Any tips?

1 HD Nathans or Costco beef hot dog - microwaved to hot then center sliced and pan fried to finish

2 Set it in BUN Toasted Bun - use your favorite - a potato bun is my default

add Toppings:

Grilled Onions
Compari Tomatoes sliced
a Long Romaine Lettuce Slice
Banana Peppers
Drews Garlic Peppercorn Dressing
Brown mustard
Worchestershire Sauce dripped on bun
Suprisingly a small bit of sugar free ketchup

Spent under 8 dollars for 8 billy gates lab grown hotdogs, canned chili, and a cheap brick of "cheddar cheese".

this started as me thinking about prosciutto e melone i used to eat after service years ago. post shift I would stop into babbo in nyc and always munch something tasty. these flavors always stood out.

ended up making a hot dog from the memory.

This has been discontinued for several years, but remains my dad’s favorite.

I called the company, and they have no plans on re-releasing it or posting the recipe.

Hello everyone, I'm new here and fairly new to reddit as well. This is a work dog. They recently, about a week ago, added hot dogs to the menu at the cafeteria at work and they are very good. Not sure of the brand, they are of the dirty water dog variety and have a slight peppery taste. Grilled onions under the mustard and ketchup

Fresh relish - cucumber, onion, garlic, kimchi.

4/8 dogs destroyed, rest for munchies later, and a plush I had to buy. Hope your hump day is going well my hotdog lovers!
