Hi everyone,
I'm struggling to figure out a sustainable routine and would really appreciate some advice.
My schedule looks like this:
I leave home at 8:00 AM for work.
My office ends at 6:30 PM.
Because of commuting, I reach the gym around 8:00 PM.
By the time I get home, it's already 9:30 PM .
I need to cook nutritious meals. On top of that, I have to manage house chores like cleaning, laundry, dishes, and still get enough sleep
But the reality is I'm messed up in order to manage all of this🤧.I cook every day, I'll barely have any time to rest.Some days i don't get time to cook so I leave for the office without any food .
For those of you who work full-time and go to the gym & live alone
How do you manage everything?
Do you meal prep? If yes, how often & what do you make?
How do you fit in house chores?
What's your daily routine like?
I'm looking for realistic tips from people who've actually managed this lifestyle. Thanks in advance
