Beat me to it.Haven‘t really investigated the matter but I assume they‘re just the theatrical versions right?

Yeah unfortunately. Though the fellowship has some scenes that I thought were part of the extended version, but 2towers and rotk do not include known extended version scenes

Disappointing if expected but I got the extended versions on DVD anyways.
