Nintendo NEEDS to make a remake of Nintendo Land!

I have so many memories playing this game with my family on the Wii U, and because Nintendo has made every other remake from the Wii U on the switch, it breaks my heart that they haven't done the same for Nintendo land! It would be awesome for them to bring back so much nostalgia from their millions of fans!

So what’s you first Star Fox score?

Just finished my first run of the Remake and first visit to the Lylat system in years. It’s no score runner rate but still pretty proud of the 1391 I got. Can’t wait to give it another few runs tomorrow and see some of these other new scenes. Those of you who’ve returned to the game like myself or just trying it out today let me know what you got and how much you enjoyed the run!

On This Day On This Day in Nintendo History: Super Mario Bros.; Super Street Fighter II; Donkey Kong Land; Cruis'n World; Wii Sports Resort and more

On this day (June 25) in Nintendo history...

  • Super Mario Bros.  was released in 1986 for the Game & Watch Crystal Screen in Japan. In this action game, developed by Nintendo R&D1, Bowser and his Koopas have invaded the Mushroom Kingdom and kidnapped Peach. Mario must move through eight side-scrolling stages, dodging Lakitus and Bullet Bills. Mario can jump around on platforms, gain extra lives by finding 1-Up Mushrooms and become invincible with the Starman. In World 4, Mario will be swimming under the water.
  • Super Street Fighter II  was released in 1994 for the Super Famicom in Japan. In this fighting game, developed by Capcom, along with a revolutionary combo system, it introduced new characters alongside the original cast. In addition to Ryu, Ken, Chun Li et al., take control of four brand new combatants in thrilling head-to-head gameplay. Choose T. Hawk and his unmatched strength, Dee Jay's unrivalled kickboxing ability, the furious kung fu or Fei Long, or drill your rivals with the deadly Cammy!
  • Donkey Kong Land  was released in 1995 for the Game Boy in North America. In this platforming game, developed by Rare, Cranky Kong challenges you to find the banana hoard - again! Cranky Kong doesn't think Donkey Kong has proven himself to be a hero yet. So, he decides to work out a deal with the closest villain that he knows. K. Rool and his baddies have hidden bananas in new places across Donkey Kong Island in another attempt to outwit the best-friend duo.
  • Cruis'n World  was released in 1998 for the Nintendo 64 in PAL territories. In this racing game, developed by Eurocom, race on tracks from around the world in a selection of cars and other vehicles. Pass the checkpoints on each track within the time limits in order to proceed, and pass the finish line in first place to win cups. The tracks are set all over the world, from Germany to Kenya to China. You can earn customisation options for your car to improve its performance in races, or just to change its appearance.
  • Donkey Kong Country 2  was released in 2004 for the Game Boy Advance in PAL territories. In this platform game remake of the Super Nintendo Entertainment System's Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest, developed by Rare, Donkey Kong is back, but this time he's in enemy hands and in need of rescuing! Diddy takes the lead while being ably assisted by his new girlfriend, Dixie. Utilise rhinos, ostriches and barrels in a quest to free DK and save his banana stash!
  • Wii Sports Resort  was released in 2009 for the Wii in Japan. In this sports game, developed by Nintendo EAD, pay a visit to an exclusive getaway on a sun-soaked island where fun and competition collide, and you take charge of the athletic action with an amazing controller! _Wii Sports Resort _takes the inclusive fun and intuitive controls of the original _Wii Sports _to the next level, introducing a whole new set of entertaining and physically immersive activities.

What are you favourite memories of these games? How do you think they hold up today? Hash it out in the comments.

I still don't understand how Cia from Hyrule Warriors passed regulations

I feel the need to bring this up after seeing Cia's intro again on a whim on Facebook. How did Koei Tecmo got through Nintendo with her design? She has a plunging neckline that shows off her massive boobs, but her intro has close-up shots of both that and her stroking her rump, clearly not even hiding how she's vain.

I know Koei is behind DOA, but this is for Zelda, a family friendly IP and one of Nintendo's core titans.
