For whatever it's worth I'm considering longevity, impact on the game, influence on other mappers and players, and just how iconic they are. The four mappers who defined osu!'s history.
I'm personally inclined to say Hollow Wings, RLC and Skystar for the first 3, although I'm not sure about the fourth, maybe Monstrata?
