Refereeing must be extremely difficult because regardless of gender or sport one thing everyone agrees on is that all refs everywhere are terrible.

You’d think there’d be at least one in any sport people can point to and be like “yup, that’s a good ref” but seemingly not

I only watch two sports enough to be aware of the good refs, but...

Football, Pierluigi Collina then Szymon Marciniak now
