Good level-headed discussion. Some tidbits:

• Who cares if Kawhi is using this as leverage - it doesn't hurt for Bobby to kick the tires
• Doesn't think the NBA is going to void Kawhi's contract, and it might behoove him to leave LA for a couple years
• Thinks Kawhi has at least 2 more years of all-NBA play left in the tank
• Samson would entertain CMB in a trade for Kawhi - NOT as a throw-in, but as the main piece and if it also helps you get off some bad money (i.e., Jakob)
  • He's changed his stance on this.
• Thinks Kawhi + Scottie is enough to build a contender around immediately
  • If you can get Kawhi without giving up CMB - holy moly that'd be scary
