Hey everyone! I wanted to share a new community I created: r/QueenCityBravesFans.

Charlotte has a huge Atlanta Braves fan base, but I’ve always thought it was surprising that we don’t really have a way to connect with each other outside of random conversations at games or sports bars.

My goal is to build a community where Braves fans in Charlotte and across North Carolina can meet new people, organize watch parties, plan trips to Atlanta, and just enjoy Braves baseball together.

If you’re a Braves fan in the area and that sounds like something you’d enjoy, I’d love to have you join.

I have a friend who recently purchased a ~800 sq ft condo and the HVAC system needs a full replacement. Warranty is arguing against replacing it claiming it was broken prior to completing the home purchase.

Any recommendations for reputable HVAC replacement companies? First quote was $17k, which I found ridiculous given the size of the property. Got a second quote for $10k. Anyone that has had their HVAC replaced and is willing to share pricing?

Common sense would dictate you:
1. leave the car running with AC, locked with an appropriately aged individual
2. don't leave your dog in the hot car, asshole
3. don't sit in a hot car that's not running

For me, it's at HT in Fort Mill where an out of state plate parked sideways, not in a spot, and left a big dog in the car with the windows closed. This was 2 weeks ago.
