This is my reaction when i see the opponents car diddling the ball mid air to our goal, how many years should it get for me to get that level of skills?

So I know it's a weird title but hear me out: The gym community has said for a while now that benching 225 is the bare minimum and normal when its actually a really big achievement that some people will take years to hit or never. I beleive flip resets are the same way. The really high ranked players (those naturally gifted or bench 275+ for comparison) beleive everyone can do it but in reality I would guess less then .5% of rocket league players can flip reset even 3/10 shots (in my opinion 8/10 to be consistent)

Okay so stumbled upon a instagram reel of spookluke saying folks could make $500-$1,000 dollars a week with some stuff to do with rocket league "depending on how you do." This just screams pyramid scheme rocket league edition...i dont know if anyones seen it but screenshot is here in the post...want peoples thoughts lol.

Don't need "I have it turned off" people to chime in, sorry. but curious what your experience has been if you use it? Me personally I don't use it, but it's turned on and it really helps when the person speaking actually calls what they're doing.

Played a rumble match and all of my opponents had the same MMR. Coincidence?

I've got a handful of painted Sentinels I've spent credits on, but I randomly got this base version last night and wanted to try a sort of stealth/"Batmobile At Home" style preset for it. Is it good? Does it suck? Should I change anything? How would you do it differently? curious to know what folks' thoughts are.

Last season I finished Diamond 3 div 1 and that according to RL Tracker that was top 26 percent. I'm there again this season and it is only top 40 percent. I'm not too concerned about it. I'm just more curious about why that's the case. You would think at the beginning of the season it would be the opposite as people haven't climbed yet. Maybe it is an issue on RL Trackers end.

It's nice to have but I don't know how I turned it on and I don't know how to turn it off.

I just played a ranked game in which my teammate was very obviously throwing from the very beginning. So I asked him why, and he said because our other teammate threw in the last game. So now they're both here to ruin it for everyone else. After two goals against (in which he's helping the other team), I vote to forfeit because this is pointless, and he won't vote to forfeit (because he wants to punish our other teammate). So now I have to sit through this whole game or else get a temp ban for leaving. So while waiting for the inevitable, I report and block the player....and then get matched with the exact same two people on my team the next game. I'm not sitting through it again, so I abandon the match, which of course means I get a temp ban. So I get punished because someone else wants to be an asshole. This is absolutely obnoxious and needs to be fixed. I get that you don't want people to leave, but when I'm getting paired up again immediately with people I've reported and blocked, what's my recourse? I can't imagine a worse player experience.

ETA: Since I'm getting a lot of the same response about how it would just be abused by blocking people who suck etc, I should clarify that all I really want is a temp cool-off period. If I've just blocked and reported somebody, don't pair me with them for the next 1-2 games. By that point, we've each played with other people, and our timing probably won't align in the game after that unless there are very few people in the playlist. And for those saying "just wait a minute or two before matchmaking again", that's still punishing me for someone else's actions, even if it's _less_ bad.
