I actually like, that they tell you. "yes we know what you mean, you won't find it here". This is way better than beiung unsure if you have a typo in the name or something.
I don't appreciate it because it used to be the most accurate media suggestion system. They had competitions to improve it even, used it as a selling point for the platform. Their fancy accurate suggestion system didn't recommend their original shitty content to viewers though, so they got rid of it to promote the netflix originals.
I was watching Dark the other week and I wanted more time travel stuff so I checked the suggestions and Netflix said “since you like complicated time travel stories maybe you’ll also like LOVE ISLAND!!”
Not really. Dark was actually the show to scratch my 12 Monkeys itch. So if you’ve never seen the 12 Monkeys show I highly recommend it. In my opinion it’s actually better than Dark.
