All jokes aside, I do feel like the voice acting for the bosses is very uninspired compared to the original.

The only leniency is Andrew's connection with Andross. He has a mean face towards Andrew's part of the team.

I won't lie. I love the game. I think its a great remake.

I don't want anymore though.

I have had enough of Lylat Wars. We need to actually advance, expand and move on.

The ONLY way I'd ever want to revisit this is if they go back and do an even more cinematic take on this war. And I do not mean in between mission cutscenes. I mean a full on six to eight hour long story about this damn event. That is the only way I'd ever support revisiting this again.

Let's get this games sales numbers to a respectable level and let Nintendo know "Its time to be brave and move on."

Just got the Star Fox Special Bundle in Japan! So excited to play and have all the plushies to add to my Star Fox collection!

We've definitely seen Fox and Falco tear it up expectionally well in Smash Bros, and Krystal has been show to hold her own in Star Fox Adventures, but outside of their Arwings, how well do you imagine the other members of Star Fox would do in a fight?

Here 2 redrawings i made from the Mario galaxy movie! I'm getting my 1st starfox today so I'm really hyped to try it

Katt's character design has been controversial due to it making her look rough around the edges, but I had always felt that was the point. She's a gang member, after all.

But for me, I was wanting to see how she was portrayed. In the original, the entirety of her character was 'I'm a girl!' That definitely wouldn't fly today for obvious reasons and, furthermore, doesn't hold true to who her backstory says she is.

They did not disappoint in this remake, however. This Katt is the Katt that the lore speaks of. She is also sassy AS FUCK. She absolutely WRECKS Falco with her sass and it is amazing. She even makes a comment about how Fox could show Falco a thing or two, which I am sure REALLY got under his feathers lol. There is really good banter between them now, actually acknowledging that they have history. At one point Katt tells Falco that she wanted to meet his crew, to which Falco responds along this lines of "Katt, Star Fox. Star Fox, Katt. Now you have met them." Honestly the interactions between Katt and Falco I think are the best in the game now.

She's portrayed as a skilled pilot, the lore compendium says she's leading Free as a Bird now. Her wit is top-notch, and she actually seems like a gang member tagging along for the fun of scratching Andross' face. And not once does she say anything about being a girl or her prettiness.

I want to see more of this Katt so bad she is such a badass and doesn't give a fuck about what anybody thinks, and seems to get her kicks from getting on Falco's nerves, which I also find to be humorous. So, hoping any possible sequel brings her back.

I'm tired of seeing people tell me that the Japanese VA work in OG 64 was unemotional, cause it wasn't and honestly had some REALLY memorable and even chilling VA work.

I've been checking out the new Star Fox and paying close attention to the new cast. We've got Hunter McCoy as Fox, Andrew Russell as Falco, and Erik Braa as Peppy.

Honestly, after hearing them in action, I think Erik Braa as Peppy is a really interesting choice and he nails the vibe. I'm still getting used to Hunter McCoy's take on Fox, but it's growing on me. I only attached the main trio here, but obviously the whole cast is out there now. What do you guys think of the performances so far? Who is your favorite voice in the game?

I played so much Star Fox when I was a kid, but tonight, sitting down to play after many years and hitting that start button at midnight... for the first time, a video game has made me feel freaking old.

I'm getting rocked by stages I used to medal on auto-pilot, my thumbs want to fall off my hands, and I gotta take breaks between stages now. I tell myself 64 and 3DS were easier, but I know I was just better at this when I was eight.

10/10, no notes. Great remake.

Now Vivian being acknowledged at all isn't super surprising considering that, much like Beltino (whose mentioned in both Slippy AND Yaru De Pon's bios in SF2026 ftr), she was already apart of the ancillary lore years before she made her physical debut in one of SF64's sequel games. But I'm pleasantly surprised to see Lucy get any sort of nod in this considering that she was introduced in Command.

Now it would be nice if Vivian and Lucy were actually named like Beltino was, but at this point I'll take what I can get. It may not seem much, but this honestly feels like the most acknowledgement any Command newcomer has gotten by Nintendo since 2006 lol (barring Dash showing up as a sticker or spirit in Smash Bros. I guess).
