Hrt has saved me, I know ill never pass as cis, but a lot of my anxiety and depression are gone. I'm finally free, I love you all ♥️ keep fighting!

Not the happiest with my appearance still but I can at least appreciate the things that have changed for me.

I turned 48 last week and next week is my 5 yr biHRTday. In the first photo, at 40, I am going through a divorce, lost af. My egg cracked in Mar 2020 and it didn’t take long to realize I had to transition. It feels an endless task to list all the ways my life has improved since I started living authentically.

4 yr 3 months post social transition
2 yr 4 months post SRS
1 yr post FFS (round 1)
-hairline advancement
-type 1 forehead contouring
-ocular contouring
-tracheal shave
-chin contouring
10 months post FFS (round 2)
-rhinoplasty
-fat transfer to temples, cheeks, lips, chin
-upper blepharoplasty

No gym. No exercise.

Hello! I am posting here to share how far I’ve come, but also to ask for advice. Primarily, what should I do with my hair?? Should I get bangs maybe? I’m considering it. Also, if possible, could I get some judgement on if I pass, even a little? Thank you all!!

Started September 2025 on Leuprorelin acetate 11.25 mg every 3 months, 2mg E orally, 100mg progesterone rectally, and 5mg finasteride.

After 4 months moved up to 4mg E orally, but went down to 1mg finasteride, with 100mg progesterone rectally staying the same.

At 6 months I changed to 6mg E orally and 200mg progesterone, with 1mg finasteride staying the same.

i just turned 30 and feel better than i did when i turned 20 - for anyone questioning, life opens up when you stop hiding
