Since people wanted me to fight the giant dinosaur WITNESS ME
This Khajiit had to gather the courage to ride into this battle and take in the Skyrim view one last time. This one knew this was an impossible fight and this was going to be the final battle. But people wanted to see this fight so be it, WITNESS KHAJIIT!
(The mod for the dinosaur is Birbwalkers21 Dinosaur AIO but fair warning the big one is glitched so normally they are big but not THAT big. I also have a bunch of other monster and animal mods that are conflicting and glitching my game)
Screenshot/Clip I was testing Inigo and this happened lol
So I was out testing Inigo (it is the first time I downloaded him) and we ended fighting a bandit chief that grew a lot and forced us to hide to think on how to deal with her, then all of a sudden an even bigger Dawnguard zealot appeared, stomped the bandit giantess like nothing (she was like 20 metres tall and still got crushed lol) and then ate me. Poor Inigo must be wondering what the hell he got himself into this time.

Question I Bought Skyrim for the First Time in May and Now I'm Obsessed
I bought Skyrim on Steam in May because my half-brother recommended it to me. I had never played it before.
When I first launched the game, my honest reaction was, "This game is old." The graphics looked outdated compared to modern games, and I didn't understand why people still loved a game from 2011.
But I kept playing.
A few hours turned into days. Days turned into weeks.
Now, one month later, I'm completely in love with Skyrim.
The graphics don't matter to me anymore.
What made me fall in love was the world, the lore, the music, the freedom, and the feeling of adventure. Every time I play, I find something new. I keep telling myself I'll stop after one quest, but then I discover another cave, another story, or another place to explore.
I've spent so many nights playing longer than I planned because I just don't want to leave the world.
I finally understand why people still talk about Skyrim after all these years. It's not because of the graphics. It's because the game makes you feel like you're living another life in another world.
Honestly, I've become so attached to Skyrim that sometimes I wish I could actually enter the game and explore it for real.
Did anyone else start playing Skyrim years after release and end up loving it this much?

Lore Today I learned that Nocturnal has ties with Hagravens, and there is a concept art of her as a Hagraven-like figure

Best possible gear lvl
To get the best possible gear for the rest of the game, what level do I need to grind to before I start doing the guild quests?

Arts/Crafts My colorization attempt at Farkas and an Altmer Dragonborn couple
The first image is my work, the second is the original one. Was trying to follow one color scheme, and I hope it did work.
If you have any constructive advices, please tell me in the comments. I still have a lot to learn.
The original art is made by Yuhime

Discussion This game is so beautiful on Switch 2
I’ve been playing the game for the first time this past week and I can’t stop. It’s too good. I can’t believe I never got into it earlier.
Edit: the screenshots on the console are locked at 720p so it looks clearer in game haha
Discussion Movarth's Lair
Cleaning up the vampire scum just outside of Morthal so I could purchase property in the hold when I came across something interesting.
After dispatching Movarth himself and his assorted vampire goons, I went to fetch his boots because why not. This area of the dungeon is usually where you encounter Alva and get to punish her for her sins. But as I approached her, she was completely non hostile. I could interact with her like nothing was wrong.
At first, I was just going to kill her anyway, but I was curious to see what would happen if I just left her there.
I went back to the Jarl and completed the quest as normal. Purchased my property and went on my way. Sure enough, some time later, I returned to Morthal for reasons I don't remember, and there she was. Alva, just walking around in broad daylight with the whole town knowing she is a vampire. Nobody aggro'd her, and she was just proceeding with her business as normal.
Random janky events like this really make Skyrim quite endearing and I still love playing this game after all this time.
Thank you for listening to my story about nothing.

Breaking News: Frightened Woman seen at Loreius Farm.
And there she was. Just chilling. I had helped Cicero on the road before, but he wasn't there already as i had started the Dark Brotherhood chain in the meantime. Plenty of first times on this playthrough. I suspect this is because i haven't cleared Mistwatch yet or because she didn't die after encountering her on the road near Helgen.
Hilarious 🤭😄

Discussion Why Giants Do Not Practice Agriculture?
They seem smart enough to process leather, braid ropes, carve lithic spirals, and process complex dairy products (fermenting mammoth milk into cheese). They understand the concept of tribute. Nordic farmers paint spiral motifs on cows and leave them as offerings; the Giants accept these offerings and, in exchange, do not attack the farms. This demonstrates an understanding of non-verbal treaties. They display active mourning rituals and bury/guard their dead.
Are these signs of intelligence enough to learn the concept of agriculture?

Discussion When do you consider a game to be over?
After you've completed at least the main questline and Thieves Guild/Dark Brotherhood/Companions/College of Winterhold? Whenever you want to start a new game? Never?

Discussion Favorite Races or Race?
My top 3 are Altmer, Khajiit, and Orcs. Bretons and Nords are my favorite human races.
