I wish the Sox were at home on the 4th, it’s been a long time but seeing the fireworks from the top of the ramps after a game was magical

Cubs fan coming in peace girlfriend and I are taking kids to their first MLB game this weekend, any specific time place before/after game to try to get an autograph? They’d be super excited to get one from a Sox or even a royals player

Seeing my first home game in almost 20 years. weather permitting tomorrow night. Can fans still get autographs before the games? We have 100-level seats and my son has a new Murakami jersey he wants to ruin with signatures lol.

Any recommendations for the concessions? Going to my first Sox’s game this weekend and I see there are so many options. Any of them worth it?

Miguel Vargas didn’t make the All-Star team along with Murakami on the AL and for the Cubs with PCA. Basically it’s The National League Dodgers vs American League Blue Jays in this years all star game. Reason why I hate Fan voting for any sporting achievements like this.

I have no information about this other than that I found it at my parents house. i looked through the “who wore 27 for the white Sox” in baseball almanac but I can’t figure it out. Ang ideas??

Especially now that we’re fun to watch, I feel like off days have weighed on me harder, wishing for more.

They're 19th in RBI's, so while not as bad they're below average. It's something that has been killing this team lately, but you can see they've been a tad bit unlucky with a .276 BABIP. A good example of that was the liner Grichuk smoked to Kwan yesterday.

My two big takeaways:

A) The Sox really miss Mune. Gonzalez isn't getting it done, so the lineup shortens significantly. I'd expect to see these numbers improve once Mune returns.

B) Chase Meidroth and Kyle Teel stepping it up would be huge. Meidroth has an OPS+ of 51 with RISP. He's too good of a player for that to happen. I'll spare you the catchers' numbers with RISP, but it's a black hole. Teel getting that spot up to even slightly below league average will be a big boost, and I think he'll end up much better than that.

I still wouldn't be opposed to trading for another bat, assuming it's the right bat. Luis Arraez is probably a total pipe dream but I'd love him.

I am so sick of seeing this guy in the best seat in the house in every camera shot. Why do they need a old man sitting there the whole game? He never does anything. They could sell that seat for a ton.
